DO NOT get eyelash extensions from this place. I went to have eyelash extensions put on that were supposed to last up to 2-3 weeks. First off, as soon as I laid back in the extremely uncomfortable chair, the technician set a timer and placed it right next to my head telling me she "times all her appointments" to make sure she is going fast enough to fit in the next client. This should have been an immediate red flag. She rushed through my eyelash extensions leaving gobs of glue EVERYWHERE. My eyes were glued shut when the timer went off next to my head and she had to pry my eyes apart (which hurt) to get them open. After paying and getting out to my car to take a look at them in the mirror, I was horrified. They looked horrible and were so chunky and filled with glue. Slowly but surely, they ripped all of my real eyelashes out. DO NOT go here.

I saw Jordan today and it was great! This was my first time coming to her salon and it was a great experience! The area is nice and neat, great customer service, didn't take forever, and Jordan was honest about what my hair needed. I love my hair style and I'm looking forward to my next appointment with her!

I had a great experience at this salon. My stylist, Chanel, was amazing! She had great costumer service and so friendly. A friendly and social hair stylist makes the overall experience even better. My appointment was also super quick. I was in at 8am and was out by 9:15am. Granted, there were only a couple other clients so I'm not sure how fast it would have been on a busy day. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone!

I have been coming Jordan for a few years now. She is very nice and listens to her clients. She is all about the health of your hair. My hair is relaxer free and my hair has grown so much since coming to Jordan. Yes the salon was redesigned into salon suites, but I actual like it that way. It gives a more intimate and private space when getting your hair service.

This place sucks! I went there a couple of times 2 years ago and the wait was long, it took forever and the prices weren't straight forward. When I did finally get my hair done, my thick natural hair looked bone thin and life-less. I recently tried to go to the salon again ( only because they were the only black salon I knew in my parents hometown), but they completely changed the inside. Its not a salon anymore, its individual rooms for different hair stylist privately booking clients. It would have been nice if they listed this information on their website instead of wasting peoples gas to get there. And to top things off, nobody ever answers the phone. I hate to write such a bad review for one of the only black salons in the area, but they really disappointed me.

My hair is natural, and there are times I need to wear a protective style. I was tired of wearing weaves. I had given up on protective hair styles until I meet Jordan. Her fitted wigs are amazing. It looks totally real, and I can work out at the gym and still look good. I love my fitted wig. I will be purchasing more fitted wigs soon! This is the best protective style for your hair. I purchased a Groupon here for make up application. When I called the salon, they advised me that the make up artist wasn't there but she would return my call later that afternoon. After leaving my name and phone number twice, as well as a voice mail on the make up artists personal call phone, I never received a return phone call! Three weeks later and no return call, I asked Groupon for my money back. Very poor customer service.

I love, love, love this place. Jordan is an amazing stylist. Between the wash that you get from Ashley and the finish you get from Jordan, you walk out looking and feeling great. If you're natural like me but wear your hair straight, ask her about the Design Essentials Therapy System. She's a pro. My hair is silky, healthy, strong, and looks fantastic. If you want people stopping you on the street asking where you get your hair done, go to Kristie's and ask for Jordan. Jordan and her shop are awesome!!!
