It's decent! Most of the staff are nice, and honestly aren't to blame for how this store is staffed and run.
The lines can get super long. I've waited pretty regularly 15-25 minutes just for my turn. Sometimes they only put one cashier on register who has to handle both JoAnn's online orders and the actual line. The Store Manager/Corporate needs to improve their staffing. I've worked retail, I understand how labor can be a pain to schedule. But now I go to Michael's more than JoAnns, especially ever since they added in self checkouts, which make the whole process a breeze. So JoAnns literally is losing my business due to the wait time now.
I also wish they organized and stocked their yarn better. I've waited months for them to restock a certain color for a yarn brand, after being assured it was supposed to arrive in a week or two in the first month. Obviously never happened and I gave up and had to order directly from the yarn manufacturer.
Online orders can take days to process and be ready for pick up (even for a small-ish order), only to have up to half of the items out of stock as well. That whole system could use a revamp.

I have to give this store a 4 star rating because I love the workers all very friendly very cool and welcoming! Shoutout to the employee JUSTIN! He’s absolutely funny and a cool guy were friends now but the Part where i give it a 4 star is in the fabrics station in the middle of the store. Most of the workers at the station are amazing…then there are a few that are just straight out rude and roll there eyes at you and give u attitude. Other then that I love this store

It's a little empty in some aisles but clean. Very few staff this time of day but they were very helpful and I didn't have to wait

Very low stock on many items. Not many pans or cookie sheets for oven use.

The staff is helpful, the store is organized, and selections are plentiful. If you are getting fabric cut be sure to sign in at the kiosk to the right of the desk, there isn't any signage to advise you of this and you could end up waiting longer than expected even after getting in line because they only work off of names on the kiosk.

This Joann’s has been my favourite for years. But now the shelves are empty, the aisles are full of unpacked boxes, and there are very few staff. While other Joann’s are still wonderful, the Columbia site is a disaster. I’m sad….

I needed something locked away in a spray paint cabinet but the store has only two people employed on a Sunday. No manager in sight. Poor employees.I wasted gas to come face to face to a product I couldn’t buy because the manager is too important work on a Sunday.

Place is filthy, employees walking around ignoring the front. One older lady actually walked up, saw the line going out of their checkout wrap and spilling into the main aisles, then walked away. She came back 10 minutes later to open a second line. That's right, with 20+people in line, 3 days until christmas at 8pm at night, just 1 register open. No sorry for the wait or anything, just terrible attitude. I was in like for over 25 minutes to buy a gift for a child on our workplace donation tree that just wanted a paint set.Avoid this location at all costs. They don't value you at all.

Nobody around to go ask questions. People at the counters try their best to ignore you and act too busy to take quick question. Stockers try their best not to make eye contacts.
