This office in particular has always been above and beyond for all of my needs. From the beautiful woman who first gave me coverage, to Jim personally educating me on all of the products and options…. My experience switching to State Farm has been nothing short of exceptional.
After years of loyalty to Progressive, I decided not to renew my policy after facing several significant rate increases. When I reached out for an explanation, all I received was a dismissive, "sorry, but it is what it is."
