So professional....an expert as a jeweler for sure. I brought in my wife's platinum band missing the .53 carat Pear Shaped Diamond (fell out in NYC almost 15 years ago) and he was able to help me find a beautiful 1.02 carat Pear Shaped and was able to create the most beautiful setting for the GIA stone! Thank you so much Patrick!!! AND....he worked overtime, into the night to make sure I had it in time for our 20 year wedding vow renewal ceremony! Just incredible service overall.... Definitely cut from the same cloth as the previous goldsmith and moving the customization game forward in time.”

“Just took my mother to have her watch band fixed. They were a quiet sort, but to the point and had watch fixed in 20 min. Turns out the band was a little tight...so after trying on he told us to come back in 15 min and he would add another link.
