James was absolutely great! I normally dread talking with agents who typically try to upsell you and push products on you. James listened to what I wanted and made suggestions on items I might be interested in adding to my homeowner and auto policies but he left the decision to me with no pressure. Within less than 24 hours, I'm saving a nice penny (on both policies) and I now feel more confident in a business that's helping me protect my assets. I strongly recommend others check out James and his team for your insurance needs.

This review is WAY overdue for which I apologize but it needs to be publicized because of the above & beyond customer service that I received by the State Farm office of Mr. James Clark.
Last year, I was on a trip to Key West, FL and had someone hit me while I was legally parked waiting for the famous Key West sunset. The well known nationwide insurance company of the at-fault person was very bad in handling my claim and the repairs to my vehicle. Because of my great relationship with State Farm, I called Ms. Mary Goldberg at my agent's office and told her of my predicament. From that moment on, I had daily contact with Mary which involved at least a half dozen calls for the next few days where Mary constantly told me "I would advise you to do the following" over and over and over. Mary also expeditiously sent me whatever policy documents could help ease my difficulties. But what I'm most grateful for is that although this claim was not something that State Farm had to do anything about as it wasn't my fault, Mary never hesitated to provide me assistance, call me back immediately when I left messages and, as I mentioned before, she willingly volunteered to provide me advice as to what I should do, even if that bad insurance company told me that I couldn't do it. For example, the claims department would tell me one thing and Mary would tell me to call the claims adjuster DIRECTLY and let the adjuster know that this was unacceptable and that what I was told by the claims department doesn't make sense and is basically punishing me when the accident wasn't my fault. (I'm happy to give the outrageous details to anyone interested).
But for the sake of the length of this review, I just want it known that EVERY SINGLE piece of advice that Mary told me, I followed that advice and EVERY SINGLE TIME I WON the dispute with that horrible insurance company!
This shows me that at State Farm, I'm not just a client but employees like Mary Goldberg treat me like family!
I hope that State Farm truly knows what an INCREDIBLE employee they have in Ms. Mary Goldberg. If they don't, then they need to read this review.
Thank you Mary for ALL your help. I would have most likely cursed out that horrible insurance company if it wasn't for you which I'm sure would NOT have helped my cause! Instead I just followed your lead and everything was resolved as well as could be expected! You are a true blessing! My sincere apologies again for the delay in posting it! :(

I had the opportunity to work with Mary K Goldberg to get Auto and home insurance in State Farm. She is professional , eager to help and takes time to answer all my questions. She is outstanding . I highly recommend her .

I have been a client of this State Farm agency for many, many years and I must say that Mary G. has always been an excellent resource for any issues or questions I've encountered. Mary responds to inquiries quickly, she is very knowledgable, personable and compassionate. I would give Mary "10 stars" for customer service. I truly feel that I'm in good hands with Mary and will continue to be a loyal customer.

Mary is a blessing for James' business! Besides being very competent, knowledgeable and always helpful, she absolutely has the best interpersonal skills in the business! I wish she offered a class so I could take lessons.Separately, I am a strong privacy advocate and prefer not to share anything on Google or Facebook. Now my insurance provider will be able to track my every move online besides the inevitable giants. I strongly dislike being forced to provide yet more personal information online!
