I highly recommend Hillmuth and the manager Scott. I went in with some concerns for the car and the service we had experienced previously at another service center. I explained to Scott and he took excellent care of the car while communicating clearly throughout the whole experience. The extra time and care and professionalism was amazing. We are also super glad to have the Ford C Max up and running again.

I highly recommend this company! I had, what I thought to be a problem with my hybrid battery, after going to another shop that’s closer to where I live had told me that was the issue so I purchased the new battery which was over $1800 and then come to find out that the issue wasn’t the battery at all after taking it to Hillmuth. So they fixed the problem promptly and got my vehicle back on the road! They were very honest and professional and I intend to take my vehicle back here in the future for further service.

Recently took my 10 yr old suv to Hillmuth in Columbia for somewhat urgent service on my steering, et al. Even though they were busy, they took me right away. Could not be more pleased with their response. After a thorough exam of my vehicle, they called with detailed recommendations and cost. And while I spent a handsome amount of money, I was completely confident that the work was done well and not rushed. My vehicle has been renewed, ready for another 10 years. Thanks Guys !

One of my vehicles had started leaking coolant. I brought the vehicle to them and they eventually mentioned that the vehicle would unfortunately require a new engine. Over the next few weeks, they kept me well informed of the status of my vehicle, the repairs, and I received my vehicle back.
The vehicle has been running as well as I can remember and I haven't encountered any side issues since I've received the vehicle back about a month ago. Their care and consideration that they put into keeping the customers informed of the issues and repairs as well as the fair pricing are the reasons I will keep coming back to them.

Looking back on the work I had done to my 08 accord I can now see the subtle but professional pressure put on me to proceed with repairs. They had done work on my oil pan and less then 6 months later when I’m back with a faulty battery they told me it had cracked again. After dumping about 7000 dollars into a car worth 4500 I sold for scraps. Their mechanics had done my alternator only for me to end up back in their shop 48 hours later. It was covered under warranty but they were not happy about it and immediately diagnosed 3 or 4 additional “issues” my vehicle had to make up for losses.
They are a clean shop and well spoken. I’m sure not everyone has had experiences such as mine but beware of my story.
