I never write reviews but I’m so disappointed with my recent purchase that I had to write one. I ordered the Sandi sofa and love seat. The pillows that came with the love seat were half way full. While they will be sending me a new set of pillows the cushions on the couches came extremely wrinkled and I’m sure it’s not going to go away. The couches look cheaply made. The quality of their furniture has definitely declined since the last time I bought my other living room set from them. I would have returned the set but sold my old couches and had no living room furniture. Living room was suppose take a month and it turned out to be 2 moths. The only good thing out of this experience was our salesman Miguel he was very nice and helpful.

Just wanted to make a special shout out to Ken Goodman, who sold us a lovely mattress and couch for our house. Informed and personable and incredibly there for "you". Can't recommend this gentleman more, he was instrumental in helping my wife Cynthia and I enjoy shopping there as well as why we purchased at Havertys.
