“The best and the biggest selection of Middle Eastern and Mediterranean products, and smoke shop products. the store is very clean and organize. The employees are pleasure , very polite and knowledgable to speak and extremely professional, the prices are very low compare to other stores around even cheaper than online. The smell of the store is good and very fresh. The floor is very clean and shiny! 100 out of 100!!!!!”

“I've basically grown up in Wegmans so this one was really interesting for me, The fact they sell 0.5% abv drinks without carding is wild to me.
But even wilder is that they sell alcohol on the top level, I'm not used to that but it's pretty cool.”

“Very friendly staff, affordable prices. Just bought a bag of rice for $65.99 that used to buy it from Walmart for $90+. Very clean and organized. It was my first time there and I m so glad I found out about this place.”
“Lunch buffet was fantastic! Meat dishes only for weekday lunch. Was told they have vegetarian options on the weekend. Little grocery store opens up in to a huge warehouse with a comfortable place to sit and escape the office. Hidden gem for sure!”

“I love the Whole Foods concept and visit the stores in every city I travel too. The Columbia Whole Foods on Little Patuxent Highway is well appointed, bright, and the view of the lake in the cafe which has indoor and outdoor seating is gorgeous.”
“LIDL is like ALDI in that it's a small supermarket and won't come close to having everything a large supermarket would. Like ALDI, it carries some German food items, gets 1 off special buys and has a small produce section. Unlike ALDI, this one has its own bakery (fresh bread, croissants), it has a rewards program, you don't need a quarter to get a shopping cart and it comes out with its flyer every Friday (ALDI's comes out on Wednesdays). The staff are courteous and, it has plenty of parking. Overall, like ALDI, it's a really nice small supermarket.”

Their meal kits are awesome. Everything you need to make quick, delicious, plentiful, nutritious vegetarian and meat entrees. Very inexpensive for what you get!
Staff is friendly and very helpful.
This program also offers 1/2 priced food and meal kits for people who qualify for food stamps or have SSDI. A tremendous service to our residents in need. Way to go HoCo!”

“Excellent. Patrick, Beverly and Eric are an awesome team. (Sorry if I forget anyone else.) They are amazing. They are friendly and efficient, they go out of the way to make contact with your Dr. when your refills are out. I go to this pharmacy because of them, not just because it is convenient. Even thoughout the pandemic they made sure there was adequate coverage of staff.They have some very irate and rude customers, but nevertheless they look past the customers attitude, to try and accommodate their needs. Even though getting any pre-authorization for meds has been a real pain, (because alot of insurance places, even Medicaid y. don't have their usual staff, this slows things down tremendouslBut they do whatever they can to work round that. When my child was sick they worked quickly to fill her Rx for an antibiotic. Thankyou guys,,,. As Tupac wisely said "You are appreciated"?”
“I have always liked Giant Food for the variety of groceries and goods that can be purchased here. I buy ingredients for meals ranging from Mexican to American to Italian and Asian from this same store. I can also stock up on chips and dips and sweets of all kinds.”
“Matthew and Carlos offered outstanding service. Despite upper management setting them up for failure, they provided friendly and timely service to the best of their abilities. I was okay with the wait as they were upfront and honest with me. Whoever manages them could do a better job to ensure they have enough labor for the availability they offer or cut back on how many customers they say can be served at once. Credit to Matthew and Carlos for persevering with a smile.”
“I've lived in this neighborhood for almost a decade, and Sam's has consistently been my go-to for a quick stop on the way to work or on the way home. These guys are awesome- there's a blizzard and everything else is closed? No worries, these guys will have their lot plowed, their sidewalk shoveled, and fresh coffee on. They're in a perfect location, just a short stroll from any of the apartment or townhouse complexes, and not only do they know their regulars, they're compassionate and trusting enough that when I forgot my wallet the other day, they insisted that I go ahead and take my purchases and just stop back in whenever I had a chance to settle up. There are occasionally teenagers hanging out outside, but not nearly as many or as often as a few years ago, and I've never had an issue with them or been bothered by them in any way, and the store has a policy for how many students can be in the store at a time, so often I think they're just waiting for friends who are shopping. The prices are consistent with other convenience stores, so while you can definitely get things cheaper other places, you're not paying any more here than you would at 7-11 or Royal Farms, and they have a way more interesting selection. You might not find every single flavor of potato chips ever created, but you might stumble across lime flavored wafer cookies and decide they're your new favorite snack.”

“This is one of the better Walmart locations in the area. The store is well stocked and clean. This location does not have as many grocery items as the Walmart location on Ridge Rd. I don’t think this location is as crowded as others. Lines move quickly for check out. Plenty of parking.”
“I have avoided this pharmacy for literal years after a long string of bad experiences. I would send my mother instead of going myself to avoid the entire thing. BUT TODAY I had to go in for an important RX myself and Robin M was absolutely amazing. She greeted me with a friendly smile, and I saw the grace with which she treated the customer before me. She was so kind, efficient, and her genuine customer service was like sunshine. She made me smile on a hard day. Thank you Robin M you have changed my mind, I am grateful they found you.”
“I had to come in to pick up some items at 8am and had a cake order, in which initially the cake order pickup was for later in the day. when I peeked into the bakery I asked the baker if my cake was ready and I was told I put 6pm (but I thought I had at least 12pm) and thus it was not ready . but she offered to have it ready for me in 20 mins… I am so grateful for Karla . The willingness to help in a pinch made a big difference in my day .
