So I found myself with some time on my hands while the wife was at yoga so I decided to go ring shopping in Columbia mall. To my surprise they had a Zales in there so I was blessed to be able to get all the rings from the same company. Upon walking in the store I was greeted by a lovely assistant store manager Katy. She was great in helping me first figure out my ring size & then educating me on the importance of how I want my ring to fit. Unfortunately I was too indecisive to figure out exactly which ring I wanted so I didn't get to give her the sale but once I do I'll be back to make sure Katy gets that credit. Not sure who y'all prefer to go to for yall jewelry but all of my experiences with Zales have been outstanding & earned my seal of approval

My mother surprised me with a jewelry budget for my Christmas gift. Gary and Kelvin walked me through the store and helped me choose between pearls, diamonds, gold and more. I tend to be pretty decisive but big jewelry buys require some extra patience and deep thinking.I ultimately chose two pieces that I loved and stayed within budget. The entire experience was pleasant and we wouldn't hesitate to return for future purchases.Kind thanks to Gary and Kevin for adding some cheer to my holiday season!

My visit to this jewelry store was a nightmare. They failed to inform me about their no-return policy before my purchase, showing a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. When I reached out for assistance, they displayed indifference and prioritized money over their customers' concerns. The staff's dismissive attitude and lack of professionalism were appalling. I strongly advise avoiding this store and finding one that values its customers and provides transparent policies.

I had a horrible experience with Grand Jewelers at Columbia MD. I was very disappointed with the way I was treated, and I would never recommend this store to anyone. Do not buy anything at this store.

If I could I would give a zero. Do not buy anything at this store, totally disappointed with their service. Be careful there is no refund and the exchange also has some rules not written in the receipt. Be aware. Totally disrespectful.

Horrible customer service...me and my husband purchased our wedding band from here & he went to pick them up & they told him they lost the ring a day before our wedding. They gave him a totally different ring the day of our wedding, it wasn't in the box or anything, it was wrap in tissue, I'm highly upset & devastated, i supposed to been happy on my wedding day and i was disappointed! They still have not reached back out to me yet with a new ring but keep saying they will get me a replacement! Mad is an understatement!

Buyers be aware of Grand and Elite Jewels Jewelry stores at Columbia Mall Md. Theses stores are horrible! The workers have no customer service skills or work ethic. I think they enjoy saying no to customers. They can’t even get a resize your item or refund even though it’s not the right item. We have been back and forth just to get a simple gold ring. You have more choice of Jewelry stores in this mall. I strongly advise you to avoid these stores. I just submitted my official complaint latter to Better Business Bureau.

I brought an heirloom ring here to be repaired, as the prongs on gemstone had all worn off and the band was in serious risk of snapping. They did amazing work for what I consider to be a fair price, and went above and beyond when replacing the band - they matched the new one quite well to the fairly intricate metalwork of the setting whereas the original band had been plain.Customer service was swift and direct, which is just how I like it. No one tried to upsell me on anything or flatter me into spending more, and the gentleman who explained the work that needed to be done did so in a way that was easy to understand and he took my concerns about preserving the integrity of the ring seriously. If I ever have another piece that's in need of such serious repairs, this will be my first stop.

Wanted to pick out something for my wife and had contacted Johnny from Grand Jewelers and it was a great decision. He replied fast and was super helpful sent me many videos and pictures before I decided what to ultimately buy. Went to the store and customer service was great and the piece came out beautiful! Great business all around from Johnny ! Thanks again will definitely be back.

Samy from Grand Jewelers gave us the best price and best service. By the time we also compare to another Grand Jewelers located in the Tysons corner but the price (same wedding bands) they offered is double with what I got from Samy. I did not negotiate with Samy the price because she already offered the best price. She kindly also helped us to pick the style we like from the other locations. In addition to this, they offered the life long cleaning and resizing service. I would like to recommend everyone to visit Samy and purchase your wedding ring and or wedding bands from her with this location as they have the best price, best service, and best after-sales service compared to other stores! Happy to be your customer. Very lucky to have you to help us getting our wedding bands!

If you're a budget shopper, who expects service and quality, they are above and beyond your expectations! I would recommend them before you buy from Zales, Kay, Mervis or any big names; check them out.They are my jewlers of life!
