guy was super nice. but said he would contact us on Tuesday about specifics on a ring we bought. been 3 weeks and have yet to hear back from him

I had a horrible experience with Grand Jewelers at Columbia MD. I was very disappointed with the way I was treated, and I would never recommend this store to anyone. Do not buy anything at this store.

If I could I would give a zero. Do not buy anything at this store, totally disappointed with their service. Be careful there is no refund and the exchange also has some rules not written in the receipt. Be aware. Totally disrespectful.
