I've been renting for a year now the move in repairs were never taken care of Sam the maintenance man makes problems so he can get paid never fixes anything completely then blames the tenant for the issue so they can charge us for it ! Sam is also violent yelled at my 75 year old mother because she didn't want Sam to video every inch of the home we rent! We moved In a week later we are seeing roaches! So I'm paying Frontline pest to handle it because Goddard did nothing ! Dustin the supposed maintenance Mgr does nothing he says ! We paid double to move in and for 1900 a month the maintenance here is trash! I would not recommend to my worst enemy due to the maintenance people. Nothing was checked before we moved in 2 weeks after we moved in the fire department came due to carbon monoxide! No one is licensed to do anything on the maintenance team so there I'd never a Resolution just excuses and reasons to charge us .

Finding a good property management company for us made the difference between deciding to rent our property vs. sell. Josh met with us personally to walk us through the process and has proved to be just as excellent now (over 3 years later) as when we first became clients. I’m really happy with the customer service, attention to detail, and communication Goddard provides to us as owners. Dustin handles our portfolio and he’s fantastic. Professional, responsive, and friendly- immediately handling questions or concerns. Goddard treats both tenants and owners fairly. I’ve always felt the prices have been reasonable for any fixes needed, while ensuring the tenant is getting the quality they deserve as renters. I highly recommend Goddard. We have a lot of peace of mind with their background and credit check process to ensure reliable and responsible renters. It’s nice to sit back and get a direct deposit every month!

I am a new tenant to Goddard since they've taken over the apartment I've been renting for years and I have had 2 interactions with Sam Kline the maintenance man for Goddard properties. Both times he has been on time, very professional, and completed his job very professionally. His last visit he replaced and old leaking kitchen faucet with a better replacement promptly and professionally and it is now working fine. Definitely 5 ⭐ interactions with Sam and Goddard so far. Although we are in the earlier stages of our relationship, things with Goddard Properties seem promising. I had a great introduction to the business with Josh, the owner; and Dustin, the property manager, answered all of our questions and ensured that any minor issues with our property were addressed in a timely manner. Because of Gabriela, the leasing manager, our property was rented in less than a week. She is professional and responsive to all our questions. I was very straightforward with Goddard about what I wanted in a property management company - professionalism, efficiency and responsiveness - all of which I've seen to date.

they are a scam and will ask you to pay a higher rent randomly. they will not pay your security deposit back but will instead ask you for additional random, unspecified payments

Sam the maintenance guy is great. Does a good job and is friendly. Seems like he advocates for the tenant which is always a good quality

Sam Kline was super responsive and very quickly rearranged his schedule to accommodate my leaking a/c. He came the next day and replaced the unit as it was not repairable. Maintenance has been hit or miss in the past but ever since Sam has been apart of the team I have had any and all issues resolved quickly and correctly. He is awesome!

Carlos Aburto from Goddard Property Management was extremely helpful with preparing my home for rent since I needed to leave on orders to another state. They took care of everything which took a lot of pressure off of my family and myself. They even got my property leased within a week of being listed.
