Cool staff and very knowledgeable. One of the better GameStop i've been to. Its a small store so you actually get a great one on one with the workers.

Horrible customer service, they refused to do a simple item exchange for something I bought during Black Friday. The controller I got was already opened and I just wanted to exchange it. Stay away!

Last time I will go to this GameStop. We went in to buy a game for the family. The price online and in our cart—even as a pick up in store—was $49.99. When we went to buy it at the store leader said that was a special for power up pro members only and charged us $59.99, even when we showed her our cart. After exiting the store we went to complete a cart for pick up at store, it was indeed $49.99 for us, so Sarah overcharged us knowingly by $10. We went to ask for a refund for the overcharge and Sarah blamed the online system for being incorrect—even if we completed the cart it was an issue with the system. Even though she overcharged us by $10 she refused to admit her mistake. We were then told if we returned the game and did the online order we would have to wait another 2 hours. When I commented about how unreasonable this was given the situation Sarah repeatedly called me a “Bully” in front of my children. We returned the game and went to Walmart. Not once were we ever offered help while we were at the store, the associate remained behind the cash wrap the whole time we were there. Additionally there are so many worn out old stickers on the game cases it’s hard to tell if they are even priced correctly or accurately in the store. It would have been better an experience to have ordered the item online than ever enter this store.

Watch out. These people will try and fast talk you and add a protection plan on your purchase with telling you. They think they slick. Read everything on the pin pad so they don't add on stuff you don't need. Very unprofessional

It’s a GameStop as long as you are not thinking you can trade something in and get anything remotely close to what you paid for it you should be fine.

Had a weird and unpleasant experience with a worker here. Not sure his employment status but he said his name was Zion. Not the first time I’ve been in this store and had a weird experience though but since that manager doesn’t work here anymore I thought it would’ve been different. Avoid this store. Go to another location if possible.
