I’ve been here a few times and the attendant Dani is always working when I come. She is super helpful, friendly, and definitely goes above and beyond. I called her about three times about the same dress and she was super pleasant and kind. Thanks Dani!

I recently visited Francesca's last weekend and just want to say that the customer service was awesome! They ladies who worked there helpful and kind to shoppers of diverse backgrounds who were looking to purchase items.

I loved the customer service that I received here!! The employees were helpful and sweet. Whenever I had any concerns, they were so kind as they addressed my problem. I would absolutely recommend this store!

I came in to pick up a few gifts. There were no customers in the store. I was able to enter, browse and consider a few pairs of earrings. I even took a seat in front of the dressing room to take a picture of the store. Not once did any store associate so much as look my way. Upon my leaving, one staff member said have a nice day?!?!I am NOT a proponent of spending my money where I'm not appreciated or acknowledged. I will NEVER force a business to accept my patronage.

The employee there had a terrible attitude and clearly did not want to be there.She did not know the store’s return policy and tried to give me store credit. I tried to explain to her what it says on the website. She raised her voice to me in front of other customers saying that “I work IN the store and not online so I don’t care what it says online, I’m not giving you the refund.” I took the clothes and left after she continued to yell at me. The other customers were in shock as well.I had to call the customer service phone number who agreed that the return policy is what is on the website and called the store and asked the employee to give me a refund. The customer service rep was nice and stayed on the phone with me while the employee reluctantly gave me the refund, giving me nasty looks and raising her voice the entire time!I had anxiety and palpitations the entire time because she was being so nasty and mean!I did nothing wrong except try to return my items! And the lady made me feel harassed! She was nasty, rude, and treated me with complete disrespect. She should not work with customers! And clearly needs better training on the store’s return policy.I will probably never return to this store after this terrible experience.

Francesca's is a wonderful store! They have so many nice things. Lovely sweaters, dresses, pants, jewelry, purses and hair accessories. They have lots of novelty items too...you can always find a great deal!?

This store is pretty great. I don't officially shop in the store however. I shop Francesca's online, and pick up in store to avoid shipping fees, if there would be any, or to not have a package delivered to my place (which could be stolen). The store is long, narrow, and packed to the gills, sometimes distractingly so, but it's still clean and the sheer amount of stuff is manageable. The staff is friendly and helpful, particularly when I see something on a mannequin that I can't immediately find hanging up or folded away. I also love browsing the jewelry, which I usually find overpriced, but it's all quite lovely. Overall, I love the clothes at this store. Francesca's has quickly become my 3rd favorite place to shop, especially given how often they have sales. I'm guaranteed to order more items and pick them up at this great location!

This store is becoming my favorite place to shop from. I always find good deals i.e. this week I found a pair of jeans for 8.95 and a jacket for 17.95. Last visit I bought a pair of brand name shoes for 30.

Great selection of clothing. Nice clearance area on the second floor if you have the patience to peruse through all the clothing racks to find some great deals. Easy returns without receipt for credit card purchases.
