Terrible, Terrible bank. They bought out Howard so it was not a choice but next year I'm out of there. Impossible to reach, lackadaisical. Called 3 locations to get a balance check because all of a sudden my credentials don't work online. Call three locations because each one put me on hold for an extremely long period of time. I have called to ask other questions and had the same experience. One of the associates that I used to work with when they were at Howard lasted there for 2 months and then she got the hell out.

What a shame that 0 stars not available.We came to this bank when they bought Howard Bank and ever since there has been something or other going wrong. They have probably one of the worst customer service out there.Day 10 I have of waiting for Manager to call, promised by a lady called Violet.Today I call the branch again just to find out Violet WAS the branch manager.Needless to say I do not appreciate to be lied by my own bank manager.I am planing to contact the general manager , but I am worried what kind of unpleasantness I may encounter this time.We are already looking to move to another bank who actually values or at least do not lie to their customers.

as bad a bank as one would care to find. have been paying a mortgage electronically on my office forv11 years. On the final $90.00 they wouldn't bill electronically but didn't tell me so final payment grew to $287.00. Spent two hours on the phone to get late charges removed. . They weren't able to competently accept electronic payment so I drove 25 minutes to a branch where I spent 15 minutes learning that of course late charges weren't removed.****((

The people that work here are useless. Marko Panic and Violet Houston do not have a clue what they are doing. They will mislead you and misguide you on loans. They will not call you back or own up to their mistakes. Their customer service is absolutely terrible. Do not trust this bank with your money.
