terrible service.?My question is why they have employees who, instead of providing good service, are lazy and in a bad mood, so they don't work if they don't want to. Furthermore, as a customer, you pay to be given good service, not to mention the cashier.

Made the mistake of returning and shopping here. Employees here are extremely rude and seems like no one wants to help. I ended up leaving without purchasing anything due to the lack of poor customer service.

I can't get help! Waited 25 min to get the shoes to try on, then another 20 min for the 2 people to ring me up. There was 1 person ahead on me.

Very bad customer service. Cashier #0366363 register #5 discriminated against us buying some shoes. Then threw the pair of shoes I was going to purchase on the floor. Would never recommend this guy on the register or his colleagues acting like the shoe was not in stock when the shoes were at the register the whole time. Very disappointed because I’m sure I’m spending $ just like everyone one. This store needs to hire better customer service representatives.

Accommodations were made for me to pick up a shoe at the Towson store that they did not have at the Columbia store. My daughter wanted this shoe for an event she was attending and the Manager here saved the day. I didn't mind driving for her size and the color she chose. Great experience!

I tried to buy a piece of clothing in discount, the cashier did not honor the price displayed in the store and pretended the label was misapplied.

I asked for sizes and they did not have them, so I looked for more designs and asked for the size I want and the young guy looked so annoyed. He ruined my day. At the end I still ended up buying 2 shoes for over $280 and was treated poorly.

The manager at this store needs to be fired. He refused to give me a in store refund, falsely told me that Finish Line mails back your shoes and that customers have to wait for a refund until the shoes get to their factory as the return process. He took ownership of the shoes I returned and claimed that UPS picked them up, but after a claims investiagation UPS determined that the shoes were never picked up from the store. I have contacted customer service and have been waiting for a refund for close to 2 weeks now. Do not shop here..the manager lies to customers about the return policy to avoid in store returns. I'm not sure if the returned shoes were lost or stolen by that manager, but my $222 refund should not take this much effort.

Wide variety of stock and customer service is reliable depending on who’s working in there. Only problem I have with this store is that it’s in Columbia I live in Baltimore. Shop here though

The females who work in this store are lazy, rude and unprofessional. I asked one to see if they had a shoe. She said she would but never went to the back. When I approached her, her co-worker said I told her we didn’t have it because I was just back there. She never mentioned that to me until I re-approached her. They both berated me and said I could go elsewhere. I did and will never return to this location.

A male staff called and said I won the Jordan raffle. Upon claiming, a female staff said she cannot find my name so she cannot release the shoes. Totally INCOMPETENT staff. Needs extensive staff training to improve service. Should also develop a policy and create a confirmation system (text or email) instead of just a call. Definitely ZERO stars for sure!

If it wasn't for the gentleman that helped us earliar I would not have give this two stars but he was very polite. I was sold a pair of shoes on 3/11/2021 at about 6:30 pm I did not look at the other shoe and realize there was damage to it. When I had realized I went back to the store at about 7:15 and yes the store was closed but a tall black woman behind the register was there I very politely asked if I could speak with her about it because I just wanted to see if I could exchange it while I was there so I did not have to come back. She very rudely ignored me, rolled her eyes continuously and told me she would not speak with me. I get that the store was closed and honestly if she politely just told me there's nothing she could do because the store was closed then I would not be complaining but I have never been so rudely treated by a shoe store employee in my life. This woman should not be working with human beings at all if she is this miserable. I do not know her name but she should be working secluded and not around people. There is no way in hell somebody should treat a very loyal customer like that especially when a faulty shoe was sold. Customer service is so horrible these days I do not know how companies keep employees like this that long. Please train her on how to be a decent person.

This finish line has taken a significant down hill turn since the previous store manager left. I went into this location to purchase the fire red 4’s and as a military service member used my military discount. I later came back to this location to purchase more kids sizes so my family had matching shoes. On the second trip to the store the store manager Liz refused to honor my military discount. She then failed to properly check the items prior to me leaving on not one but two occasions resulting in not only a loss for the business from an inventory standpoint but the loss of a loyal customer. As a result of this dispute she also laughed and joked about having my Status account flagged which as a result I did not receive my points for my purchase, Liz is deciding to abuse her power as she sees fit to cover up her errors. I’m appalled at the behavior she is exhibiting and if this is what by the finish line organization allows it needs to take a deep look at the operating principles and make some changes. The store manager Liz has only been at this store for a short period of time but this interaction has left a bad taste in my mouth for the whole finish line brand as a whole.
