Labeled shoes as reduced, then the associate said yes it was misleading but it was not reduced. Associate was extremely rude.

Horrible experience! I went into the store and greeted the manager CHANTELL OR SHANTELL, I’m aware of how to spell her name, but she didn’t say “hi”or “how can I help you” nothing, I asked her for the sized of a shoe, she didn’t say “okay I’ll check” or anything she just went to look on her work phone i guess, she told me the store didn’t have the size I was looking for, I asked her where I could find the kids section she said “I just said it’s here” ( I was looking for a different size then from the first time I asked) my mom told her that we were looking for a difference size and she ROLLED HER EYES AT MY MOM no discretion at all and gave my mom and I the dirties look, I don’t like to argue but I just told her she didn’t have to make that face to my mom, I was very upset honestly bc we didn’t give her attitude at any point we were just looking for help. Since I couldn’t find the size I was looking for I decided to order them online in-store, we went to a different associate but he didn’t know how to make the transition so he asked the manager CHANTEL for help, I paid. JULY 1st, 2 weeks went by never got my shoes I’m not saying she did it intentionally but when I went back to the store, she had the same attitude and told me she couldn’t help me, so thank you for nothing! I really hope someone talks to her. Horrible attitude for no reason!

Today I went to Columbia Mall to purchase a pair of shoes and I stopped at JD Sports store.
Store appearance 5 stars
Pricing, very competitive (found some good deals)
Customer Service -5 starts, yes minus 5 stars!!!!!
The sales associate didn't have any skills about customer service!!!
He treated me like I will run away with the shoes, and I observed how he conducted with other customers and he did the same.
Spoke with the supervisor, and it seems like it was normal.
Didn't finish the purchase and left the store.
I went to Foot Locker, Champs, and Under Armour and I can tell they wanted my business.
Thank you to the poor customer service at JD Sports, I ended purchasing two pairs of shoes at Under Armour store near JC Penney.

Store didn’t provide a receipt when my son purchased the shoes. Called and asked them to email a copy of the receipt to me and they refused to do so. Stated I had to drive back to the mall the to pick up the receipt. So because of THEIR error, punish the customer. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, hence the 2.6 Google rating!

Horrible customer service. I will never step into this store again. They had 3 pair of shoes on special. We wanted to buy them all and they said they didn’t have them. I also wanted to buy the New balance 327? And they told me they didn’t have them and not even check if they had the other sneaker that pair the one I had in my hand. We ended up going to Champs and bought the shoes there where they had a nice customer service. Don’t waste your time going to JD.

This is one of the worst stores in the mall, you could probably get the shoe/ better service at any other shoe store. Nobody cares about their job at this store. Please get a new manager or something.

One word…Unprofessional. If you’re going to wine about looking for a couple of shoe sizes for a customer, then do yourself the favor and quit. I’ve been to hundreds of shoe stores and the young men and women I’ve encountered are composed under pressure. Heck, if your customer service had one tenth of Chick-fil-A’s professionalism, I’d consider returning.

Don't even attempt this store. I have worked in several retail establishments when I was younger and this is not well run. I do not expect this store to last due to customer service issues. First I called to confirm they were indeed also Finish Line, they hung up fast, fine l understand they are a busy store. Then I went to the store, waited in line. There were three staff members in the store, only one was assisting customers. There were two people in line who needed to return items. The associated who was at the desk told us we needed to step aside to another line when it was our turn and no one assisted us for about 30 minutes. I finally left the line and assumed it would be easier to just mail my return. Even though I had driven over 30 minutes to this store after calling to confirm they could indeed do a return. Don't bother shopping here. There is a Finish Line with better service inside Macy's in the Columbia Mall the Associate is much better. They just can't do returns unless it comes from that store.

The worst experience I had in a shoe store. Shoes were strewn everywhere. The place was a mess. The employees didn't acknowledge our existence and one just straight up ignored us. We asked for a different sized shoe and the employee never came out of the back.

terrible service.?My question is why they have employees who, instead of providing good service, are lazy and in a bad mood, so they don't work if they don't want to. Furthermore, as a customer, you pay to be given good service, not to mention the cashier.

Made the mistake of returning and shopping here. Employees here are extremely rude and seems like no one wants to help. I ended up leaving without purchasing anything due to the lack of poor customer service.

I can't get help! Waited 25 min to get the shoes to try on, then another 20 min for the 2 people to ring me up. There was 1 person ahead on me.
