This review is not just for this location but for corporate. You guys have false advertising regarding shipping and you are killing small businesses. Your weight adjustment charges are so ridiculous that I will never use your services ever again.

PLEASE read this review. It's written by me, someone who is a natural born cynic. This is the best Fed Ex office I've ever been to. It's well organized, clean, stocked full of supplies and helpful staff, but THEIR SECRET WEAPON, is their store manager VIVIANA!!! Wow, this young lady actually cares about customers. She wants to make sure you leave there feeling heard, helped and serviced! Kudos to Fed Ex for hiring this beautiful human being!!

Unless you are dropping off without interacting with the front desk, be prepare to wait like 15 to 30 mins if you need any help with the front desk agent.Extremely short staffed always. Hope Fedex takes some action.
