Price listed for copies was .21 for regular 8.5 x 11 paper b&w. The actual price (self service) was .75. When I asked about why the price was so high I was told there are additional taxes involved. Now IDK what tax makes it more than 3 times as much, but I didn't have time to argue. There is some kind of racket going on here. Just beware.

This office has been holding my packages hostage without attempting to make a delivery at my apartment. This is the second time in two months that this happened. Can’t get a hold of customer service either.

I have used this location a few times for shipping and printing, and I have always had a smooth and positive experience. Recently, I visited to make a return and ship a gift. Dasia went above and beyond to make sure that I was getting the best price to ship across county and was she was very patient and helpful when the return label was giving us problems!

This is a complaint about the manager of this place.
I always love this place in the beginning and always my to go for passport picture.
We took my son here once when he was a baby and everything went great.
Today we went there again for my son's picture. He went great to begin with, staffs are all nice, took first pic great but the chair he was sitting on was in the way of the background, so we're about to retake the picture and suddenly the background got accidently pulled up out of nowhere made a loud noise and scared my son. I don't know if it wasn't got locked or something. He was crying and no longer cooperate for the picture. Staffs tried to make it right for a while but my son already scared with the camera pointing at him probably traumatized bcs he thought that noise was from the camera. Well, the manager called the photographer and they wanted us to leave because they are busy. It's not my fault that my son keep crying from this and took longer than it had to, also I don't mind paying more than the regular price but the manager doesn't even bother to ask whats going on.
He doesn't even bother to make it right or something. So this place is not a kid friendly in case you want to get a passport pic for your kid.
No one likes crying baby, I understand, I prep my son really well before we go, he even give a smile before pic until that background went off. They should just put a sign for no infant passpor picture or something if they dont really wanna do that.
It kinda made me feel i dont wanna deal with this place anymore, rather drive few miles away for the next fedex store next time for anything that has to be fedex related, will avoid fedex.
