Scott did a fabulous job of replacing my Geico auto, Liberty Mutual homeowners, and umbrella plans. There was a major hole in the homeowners coverage that nobody ever made me aware of, Scott saw this during his professional review and corrected it. somehow for significanty better coverage with a superior insurance company his efforts save us over $1000 on our first year premiums. I am glad to have a professional agent again rather than an 800 number! Thanks Scott

Super easy and helpful while getting my renters insurance. So friendly with explaining everything in detail to know what I'm getting, and answered any question I had. Front desk member Erika was also super helpful with pointing me in the right direction of who I needed to speak too! Definitely recommend them when it comes to your insurance needs!

I’m happy to give Scott Spedden a glowing review because I just shared his information with someone recently who was struggling with her insurance company and told her she needed to call Scott and switch to Farmers.I shared with her that at the end of 2021 my car got sideswiped and I had to veer my car off the road to avoid major damage (luckily there was a grassy median I could slide into). But even though I was fine physically, the shock of someone changing lanes into mine when my car was right next to there’s was overwhelming. I immediately called Scott and he told me to call the national number and I did. However, he continued to text with me as I waited for the police, etc. Knowing he was only a text away was so very comforting. Scott really cares about his clients and goes above and beyond to provide them support!I will also give props to Farmers Insurance for the way they handled the accident. The Farmers Insurance adjuster followed up with me on a weekly basis to ensure that my needs were being addressed. She even asked me more than once whether or not I needed to see a doctor, even though I claimed that I was totally fine. I was very pleasantly surprised how much the insurance adjuster expressed concern for my well-being, and how often she followed up with me. Even though mostly I had to deal with the other driver’s insurance company, I was happy to know that Farmers Insurance had my back, and that they would intercede on my behalf if I needed assistance.This experience was like none other I had ever had before. Previously dealing with other insurance companies was always incredibly stressful and I felt like I always got the short end of the stick. Farmers insurance service has far exceeded my expectations and I am happy to be their client..
