DO NOT TRUST Fabletics x Thred Up clean out kit they offer online! They lost one of my kits that was supposed to be returned to me, wasted my time with their “investigation”, and did not offer fair compensation for lost kit which valued around $1000 in designer and Fabletics clothing.
Sadly the company does not prioritize customer service as they once did. After being a loyal member since 2018, I decided to end my membership. When completing the online form online you can opt to have your items returned to you. I have never used Thred Up but trusted Fabletics because they had resell on their website. I opted for one of my two clean out boxes to be returned to me because the clothing was more valuable. When I had saw an email for my second box but not my first I was confused. I called the toll free Fabletics customer service at least 3x over a period of a year/months to follow up on the investigation I was told would be conducted to locate my items. Every time I called they had no answer or solution of what happed to the box I opted to be returned?! My second box that was received and sold I received a credit for what sold and the remaining items were donated as I opted. In my effort to find an ethical company to upcycle my clothes, I earned $3 and lost my one kit from Fabletics. The last time I spoke to Fabletics I canceled my membership and will never purchase something from them again. I even called Thred Uo and they were more willing to help even though it wasn’t their fault Fabletics website and receiving did not process the kit properly or accommodate my needs. Thred Up partners with Thred Up but the kit is on Fabletics website. Thred Up offered me $100 for the inconvenience. They stated they had no way to look up the missing box.

I had a great experience shopping there I found 3 cute outfits! And Renetta helped me so much it was my first time shopping there and I didn’t know where to start and she was so kind and helpful!

Amazing customer service at this location. I have to give a shout out to Jessica. She was super helpful in assisting me with a return/exchange. I called ahead to confirm the store would have the size I wanted. When I arrived she remembered me and quickly picked up the 5 items in the sizes I came in for. It seemed effortless for her to give above and beyond. Jessica you’re a rockstar. Thank you again!

Tbh this is probably the most honest review I write.
The store is basic. If you're trying to find a cheaper alternative from Lululemon then I'm not sure this is the best option. Their clothes are pretty cheap but at the same time basic. Not a lot of versatility. I've walked into their store plenty of times without actually finding a decent pair of shorts. they also create a false narrative about inclusivity with their models and 100% natural materials all while maintaining an affordable price. Let me tell you, there is a reason why Lululemon is so expensive because they check off all the boxes (but price) They honestly just don't live up To Lululemon standards their design team needs more inspiration and their memberships are a no go for being deceitful.
Basically so sum it all up their fashions are basic and need work. If you want a real Lululemon alternative I would recommend Athleta or Old Navy Active

This store is great! I’ve been buying Fabletics for the past 3 years. The powerhold fabric items are THE BEST. No jiggly thighs and they hold everything in, even after having multiple babies. I also love the fit of the cashel tank tops. I don’t like the 365 fabric because it slides around and the lighter fabric (can’t remember the name) is too thin for my cellulitey thighs. Powerhold ALL the way.
The staff at this store has always been helpful to me. The only complaint is that the store isn’t stroller friendly due to the size. I try to not go with kids for this reason. However, the dressing rooms are nice and the staff has always helped me find “outfits” to make the items cheaper.
You should only shop here if you’re a VIP member, otherwise the prices would be a lot more. I keep my VIP status, but ‘cancel’ each month unless I need something. I have a reminder on my Google calendar so I don’t forget! Whenever I need bottoms 9x out of 10 they’ll be Fabletics powerhold, probably Mila or Kessler design because they’re faves. I always regret if I buy cheaper bottoms that aren’t Fabletics because nothing else flatters more.

Went to the website after seeing an ad - yes I did :( After multiple questions and then a demand for contact details before i could even see what was on offer, I decided that I would shop elsewhere. Word to the wise - never give your contact details away before you are even allowed to see what is on offer.

I LOVE visiting this store! Management at Fabletics is super helpful and friendly (Yay Marcela, she is super awesome!!). I also really love their collab weekly workout sessions on weekends! I have been to Yoga (shout out to YogaSix and Brent for the session!) and Zumba (shout out to Alicia!). Of course if I love Fabletics this much.. you know I am a VIP account holder ❤️ since the deals as a VIP is REALLY amazing all year round! I hope to visit the store more when I am done healing from my unrelated gym injuries
