They diagnosed the problem, couldn't fix it that day, but did not charge me for the diagnosis (even after volunteering to pay). The advisor was patient explaining the situation, and was honest about worst-case scenarios. I left with the feeling that they were straight with their customers, which, of course, I appreciate.

Fair pricing in Columbia. Always clean and efficient. Pizza stop is not to be underestimated. Our family is subscribed to their unlimited carwash for around $35/month with 3 cars. No touch car washing and hand dried. We're always satisfied with their work.
