I came in the look for a leather sofa for my living room and was warmly greeted by Gwen the sales person. She showed me several pieces but they didn't either match my taste or budget. Gwen proceeded to ask me if any other styles would be suitable and showed me other sofas.Then as she showed me other styles and colors, Gwen asked how did I like this one, nothing else was said except, "I love it!"Gwen was so patient and friendly (as were Nittlo and Ginny) and never once gave me the feeling of being pressured to make a decision or buy anything. My husband and I had the greatest experience and will definitely go back . Not to mention the unbelievable selection and styles available at Divano Designs.Thank you so much Gwen, Nittlo and Ginny.Suzanne N.

I love Divano Designs. I purchased a beautiful sectional from one of the owners, Ginny Singh. Ms. Ginny was so patient with me having come back-and-forth before deciding. The exquisite quality coupled with her knowledge of each piece, her attention to detail, professionalism and quick delivery made my shopping experience a delight with no regrets. We were promised the lowest price and free delivery. We left a deposit and went home. This was mid November. We later found the very same product online for much less. We went back and told them that we found a better price. They honored the price, but charged for delivery. Finally got item in January.

Overall, our experience with Divano Designs owners and staff was outstanding. The pieces we purchased are beautiful and fit well in our home. The delivery service was flawless, and we were particularly impressed by the quickness and care the gentlemen took in unpacking and setting up the furniture. We highly recommend Divano Designs for beautiful, quality furniture and accessories.

I received a call from the driver that he was on the way and came at the allotted time. He came in and moved my sectional over so my new chair had plenty of space. He put the chair together and tested it to ensure everything was working, and he had me sit in the chair to try it out to my satisfaction. Very professional and very helpful. He did an outstanding job. I am pleased.

This was the first time we have purchased furniture from Divino Designs and we will continue to go back. Nittoo was extremely helpful throughout the process in helping us find and order exactly what we wanted. The kitchen table, chairs, and counter stools were a competitive price and the pieces are extremely well-made.

It was such a pleasure working with Davino Designs. Nitto and the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. After shopping around, I found that he offered the best prices on both of the items I purchased (mirrors and buffet). I highly recommend using Davino, and I definitely plan to continue using them in the future.

I was really satisfied with every aspect of my interaction with all the Divano staff from the order placement to the excellent delivery team.The sectional sofa was very beautiful, sturdy and unique. I am very happy with the service I received and would recommend Divano designs to anyone who is looking for beautiful, quality furnishings and not the run-of-the mill furniture that you find in every store. I ordered and received a sofa which I love and since I had received such good service, I turned around and ordered two more pieces. Giny has been really helpful.
