Everyone in my CVS knows my face. I am in there often. The store is within walking distance. I have never walked there but good to know I do have that option, should I need it. I love TARGET since they stepped up to the plate with new, updated styles and vendors.

Employees have always been nice but they are understaffed. Expect a 15 minute wait in line and prescriptions not being ready timely.

I had such a horrible experience I ended up having to dry swallow my anxiety meds in the aisle while the pharmacist stared at me lowering the pharmacy door. Go to the Ellicott City CVS inside Target. NOT THIS LOCATION

Fiancé had to leave and come back twice (waiting for 30 minutes each time) only to find out that they couldn’t fill all of my prescriptions anyway. They told her it wasn’t important and I’d be fine and sent her away but I literally NEED one of them pre-op and would have had to postpone my surgery if I didn’t have it. Had to call the provider up and get it urgently sent to a different pharmacy which I will be using in the future. The location is severely understaffed.

Always understaffed, never have the medication I regularly come to pick up every single month. They should have some idea of what they need to order based on recurring prescriptions. Always a long line, and even when it’s a short line it takes forever.

Earlier this week, my husband and I went to pick up prescriptions. We were in line for 15 minutes!!! There was only one person working with 10 people on line. Eventually another person came to help and this individual was very unfriendly. Thinking about switching pharmacies.

The pharmacy was very helpful, and polite while assisting me.

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY if your prescription is important and time sensitive (and what prescriptions are not important). If I could leave a lower rating I would. I needed a prescription filled urgently and was assured that the prescription was in stock and shifting the prescription to this pharmacy would be fine. After I had the doctor shift the prescription, all of a sudden the pharmacy was out. It is a Friday, I no longer have time to move the prescription to a new pharmacy before we are scheduled to leave town tonight. Now we have to cancel our trip because we cannot leave without filling this prescription and we do not have the option of postponing. The prescription is caught up in the paperwork and until it is released it can't even be filled by another pharmacy. Magically, the pharmacist I spoke with yesterday is off and they are the only person who can do anything with this prescription. We are required to use CVS by our insurance company. I am so very sad to have had to leave our old pharmacy. We have had nothing but trouble since we had to switch. If you can get to any other CVS pharmacy, I highly recommend you do that

This location is very organized and even if they don't have my medication in stock they are very prompt to let me know and give me options of other CVSs in the local area that do have that I have always received prompt text messages with the information that is needed toward my order being filled and when it is ready for pickup plus reminders for pickup if I have not picked up the medication within 24 hours of the first notification

Got a flu vaccine because they were like "it won't take long at all." Not true. it took an unexplainably long amount of time. And then the pharmacist who gave the shot was some kind of rude and defensive about it. I don't use this pharmacy anymore.

I was having a frustrating time with my prescription this morning. The pharmacist there today (3/4/23) tried to help me but wasn’t able to. I wasn’t finished asking questions when she got fed up and hung up on me. I work with patients and if any of my nurses hung up on a patient, they would have been fired immediately.

There’s no sense of urgency. They are apparently “busy” but they are just standing around. Unprofessional. Makes me want to be a pharmacist strictly so I can take their job. Go somewhere else!

Visited the CVS for the 1st time. I greatly appreciate the emergency Prescription care that was given to my Son. It was a group effort from CVS-Burtonsville, CVS-Dobbin Rd and Harris Teeter. Congratulations! This didn't go unnoticed! ?❤

Pharmacist who was working Thursday AM 3/24 was very short and appeared annoyed when chatting with her. She had told me over the phone a certain medication was available and I would be able to have it if I had a prescription, to which I then obtained. When I went to pick it up, the pharm tech informed me they did not have it and I'd have to go to another pharamcy. I then requested to speak to the pharmacist (only to confirm that it was the correct medication we had talked about on the phone) to which the tech, with attitude, replied "that's what she told me to tell you, that we don't have it available" in other words, no you can't speak to the pharmacist. Pharmacist did come out and appeared annoyed and short, which I was confused by because she was the one who was mistaken, telling me they had the med in stock. If anything, she should've been apologetic. Moral of the story, if you don't want to be polite and patient maybe don't go into a position where there's customer service involved.
