Edit*switched to Safeway pharmacy and it’s much better, faster, and friendlier! And it’s not too far from this place. Would recommend making the switch!!Pharmacy is the worst. Slow, ghetto, bad attitudes! Take your business somewhere else, this place is not worth it. The lady had an attitude because 3 employees walked by me in the drive thru (and looked at me) and I beeped my horn because I was tired of being ignored and low and behold here comes someone clearly upset she has to do her JOB that she SIGNED up for! Worst attitude ever so I gave it right back. Tired of ghetto lazy workers everywhere, why work with the public? Miserable folks! Took my business somewhere else instantly.

We went to CVS on Lynx Lane. We have the privilege to shop with a shift supervisor named Jennifer. She re-introduced me to the CVS express care pass. we reenrolled and she was also able to help me find an item I was looking for and applied all of the coupons that pertained to my order! This location has always been great, but today was extra special. Thank you, Jennifer!

Plan to wait, and wait, and wait, and wait, and wait. They don't fill prescriptions on time and when you go to pick it up the wait is awful. Sometimes the line isn't even that long and you end up waiting. CVS needs to hire more people and offer better incentives to keep the people they have. If I could give less stars, I would.

Have mother with 5 prescriptions from the notifications, to the mistakes, delays, slow moving slugs with bad attitudes that work there I finally saw the light ... AMAZON PHARMACY ahhh click click its at your door in a day or so twice the quantities bye bye CVS!!

This CVS is horrible. I'm changing pharmacies. Our last 5 set of prescriptions have been highly delayed or just never filled at all. Please don't have meds that you need right away go here. Your health is more important.

Been there twice, both on a Wednesday afternoon. This place can be busy at times but both cashiers were super patient and nice as it did take some time to sort out my purchases; however they did so with a smile. I’m super impressed with their service!

If I could give this pharmacy 0 stars I would. They're always so busy which is fine I understand but they're so rude. My friend asked me to come with her to ask them to expedite her meds thats she didnt realize she didnt have any left. we went and the first pharmacist was nice and understood but the second pharmacist was rude. she wasn’t trying to actually help us. my friend at this point was having brain zaps and was just trying to just get some extra medication to stop it. while I’ll understand its a lot going and also it was the end of the day, we weren’t even being rude. as I’m writing this my friend still doesn’t have any meds after two hours. i wanted to rip her a new one there but my friend doesn’t like confrontation. instead ill describe her she was black with short hair around 5’3 i didn’t get her name but this will do. I’m very disappointed in the other pharmacists for watching everything thats happened and not saying anything. i will not go to this location and will continue to go to my normal cvs because this is ridiculous.

I’ve always had an issue with this cvs, whether it’s something simple as printing pictures or picking up prescriptions. My doctor put in an order for me in the morning, I got an automated text saying it was received. I checked the status early afternoon and it said it will be ready for pick up by 2:30. I was on my way to CVS around 5:30 and I checked the original text message and it said it was delayed. So I hit the expedite option (I was 20 minutes away from the store). The line was wrapped around the aisle, so I stood in line for 20 minutes. They had all day and an additional 40 minutes and the prescription still wasn’t ready ? they told me they would expedite it and I’d had to wait another 30 minutes. I’ve had problems with prescriptions not being ready on time in the past.

This is the WORST CVS ever!1. Automatic refill is NEVER READY. Always have to come back or wait 20 minutes. So what’s the point of offering something that you actually don’t do?2. Customer service sucks! The staff have zero idea of what to do3. No matter what time of day you visit, THERE IS ALWAYS A RIDICULOUSLY LONG LINE (see photo). Why only have 1 freakin register open and NO sense of urgency to open another when you see this type of line?4. You wait in this long line, only to be told that they either don’t have the over the counter medicine OR your prescription isn’t ready?!Do better

Wow. Waited on the phone for 43 minutes. Gave up and drove there. Waited in line for 20 minutes and then they made me go to a different line where I waited another 50 minutes while watching pure chaos unfold at every window with every customer.I finally had to force them to acknowledge me after being there for over an hour. All this just to got them to acknowledge they received a prescription from my doctor over 5 hours ago. And now they’ll start working on it….While waiting in line for that hour+ I heard many other stories from my partners in misery about phones being unanswered, prescriptions being unfilled, lines being long, etc. at this location constantly.Won’t be back.

I really need to find another pharmacy. The lines are always long, they never pick up the phone. I am on the line now listening to the phone ringing, I am one off the callers. All I see is side conversation, laughing and people getting paid to do nothing but having conversation with each other. Very unprofessional. I have been on hold. On hold now for 10 minutes still no one is picking up the phone. I am looking at them right now.

Would leave a 0 or negative star review if I could. This pharmacy is the most dysfunctional I’ve ever seen. They never answer their phone or have prescriptions ready even after waiting for days. They will claim your doctor isn’t answering for refill requests when in reality they aren’t even reaching out (confirmed by doctors office). You will wait for an hour plus both inside and outside in the drive thru line without fail. When you get up to the counter after waiting in line for 20 min plus, they proceed to tell you they are backed up and don’t have prescriptions ready even though they were sent days in advance for refill. They then ask you to step aside and wait “15 minutes” just to call your name on a loud speaker 20 min later like a fast food restaurant and then…. ask you to get back in line to pick up and pay your prescription order. Total dysfunction and unfortunately one of the only CVS’s remaining in Columbia otherwise I would switch my pharmacy.

I waited in the drive through line for almost 20 minutes and finally my turn came up at 5:58pm. The person working at the window just closed the shutters and informed me that they close at 6pm. I told him it wasn't 6pm yet and he said he couldn't do anything about it. Hire staff that actually cares about their customers who absolutely are in need of their medications.
