The staff members were very helpful to me and I was told by the pharmacist how to take the medication and what to look out for such as not driving until I knew it was okay.

I hate this pharmacy. They didnt have my medication in stock and nobody called or nothing. Drove up here, waited in their long ass line just to be told they dont have it. Its a medication you need everyday. I hope they all die

CVS bathroom is not acceptable. No soap in the dispenser and a container of hand soap you have to dump out in your hand because there is no topYou can tell the bathroom has not be cleaned in a while. They are probably not paying people enough to work here! Maybe that’s why they are short staffed. Pay the people so you aren’t short staffed! The quality has gone down here! I don’t recommend this CVS anymore. The pharmacy line is usually a isle or more long. They will randomly block the pharmacy drive through with a CVS truck or close the gate over the CVS drive through so you have to go wait in line even if your disabled and can’t wait in line! This is unacceptable!

I'm upgrading my review. I was in the store on a Saturday and they had a LOT more employees and they were much more customer service oriented. It was a very different experience. I hope there will be consistency going forward. I'll update my review again after a while to see if things are still trending positively.

This is by far the most AWFUL pharmacy I have been to. They are always backed up. The line is always a 20 minute wait. When I call for refills and am given a time the medication is supposed to be ready, I walk in at that time and the medication is never ready. Do not come here.

Used to be a great pharmacy. Now, at best, it’s mediocre. Prescriptions are never ready, even if you give them an extra day AFTER they ask what time you will be picking up. Incredibly annoying and unprofessional. Very sad.

Great pharmacy! They always carry all the medicines I need, even when other pharmacies don't have it in stock. I never had any issues. My first choice of pharmacy in Columbia!

This pharmacy is by far the worst I have encountered in all my days. I called multiple times, no answer. Once I made my final call, I stayed on hold waiting for a representative to take my call, for 47 MINUTES. No one from the pharmacy informed me that the prescription was not in stock. No one would even pick up the phone for me to transfer the prescription. It was beyond frustrating and unbelievable. So disappointing to experience such terrible customer service.

This is absolutely the worst location I have ever been to it takes them three to four weeks to fill a prescription and then the price is never correct I'm learning now the CVS has some horrible horrible locations customer service they only fill your prescription or fill them quickly when you act like you're crazy this is unacceptable by all standards I just stood in line for an hour to pick up my prescriptions and they wasn't even ready and I filled them last week

If I could give this store no stars, I would! I called this dreaded pharmacy and waited 15 - 20 minutes on the phone until I spoke to a pharmacist. The long wait time, where I listen to elevator music, is frustrating, but I have learned that is often the case. Finally, a rude and disrespectful male pharmacist answered the phone and I asked about a refill. He told me that they need to fill "thousands of medications and are 9 days behind." He then told me he could get me my meds if "I just give him my name", again in a harsh tone. He was talking to me as if I was an annoying child asking for more dessert. This experience was unnecessary and not a store that I want to deal with in the future. I quickly transferred my meds over to the CVS in Clarksville. To the Columbia CVS pharmacy - Please do not treat me poorly because of the conditions in the store. Do better, and to that pharmacist, do not speak to any woman or person that way.
