I have been working with Steve Cron of Cron Contracting for more than 20 years. Twice Steve has replaced water damaged ceilings in prominent areas of my house. When he was done the result was a perfect ceiling. You could not tell there had been any damage. This last time was plaster in an old house. Very few people can handle that. Steve did another flawless job. Beautiful new plaster ceiling in a 50+ year old house. I highly recommend Cron Contracting. BTW he's also a very nice honest man!

We had a great experience. We needed some quick drywall work to get the area ready to paint. Steve was able to complete the job quickly and his price was less than other estimates we received. Thanks!

Terrible experience. We needed some drywall put up to cover a hole. Husband took the morning off work to be there for the contractor. Contractor came 1.5 hours late. He then putteres around for 45 minutes before informing us he cant fix the drywall because the job requires inserting a wood board to hold up the drywall, and Cron doesnt do that. Are you kidding me? I could have probably hammered the stupid wood board in ... what kind of drywall installer cant hammer in the wood board that is supposed to hold the drywall? A complete waste of time.

I would give 0 starts if I could. This guy came from American Homeshield. Told us for a smooth finish would be extra money which we paid $200+ for. The smooth finish was actually just one extra coat of mud and not sanding. Then he offered to charge $300 for painting to small areas - no thank you. This guy is a scam, make sure to call your home warranty before asking him to do any extra work. Lesson learned here.
