I’m currently on hold with this company for the 3rd time after being rudely transferred several times. All, I want to do is set up an appointment to return their equipment. This is insane & totally unprofessional. Please don’t utilize this company for yourself or your love ones. They truly deserve ZERO stars.

These people are awful - took 5 weeks to call me back to schedule an at home ivig. I would not recommend using them.
