“My computer died out of the blue, it wouldn’t power up and would turn my power-cord dead when plugged in.The issue was diagnosed, fried mother board, they offered to either get a replacement computer or to take out and back my hard-drive up. I opted for a replacement (same model and capacity), since it was a few years old, I had a fully functioning machine (as if nothing had changed) within a few days.I’d recommend them every day of the week and then some.”

“had a pickup scheduled on launch day at 10AM. I arrived and there was a line with a seemingly long wait. I asked for a chair due to some health issues and the inablity to stand for long periods hence a pickup window. The associate said they cannot give chairs due to mall rules and I could not wait inside in the empty store or lounge area. He then went to his crew leader(big beard guy). I was immediaetly brought in and supplied my pickup. Great customer service provided as I said I didnt mind waiting, I just couldnt be standing the time I needed to wait. I appreciate the consideration of the employees at the store during that hectic time for them.”
