Wanted to give a shout-out to Cris on the maintenance team. Despite the delays that maintenance was having previously (that seem to be resolved now), Cris came to assist me with my issue very quickly and he was super kind. Also took the initiative to ask if I needed anything else done while he was here. Very much appreciated!
