This practice is HORRIFIC. Front desk/receptionist staff are rude and terrible. Every single good doctor I’ve had here has left the practice due to it being so awful.

Front desk sound like they are head of the state. do you think callers are some inferior workers? no politeness whatsoever and hung up. why CMP is employing this kind of people to interact with customers?

They used to be very good, they are incredibly bad now. You call in and have to wait for hour or more, so you say let me get a callback. The callback calls, and drops after 2 seconds, and repeat. Horrible service.
