I've lived here for 3 years. Very professional and friendly staff. There were some incidents but all isolated. The grounds are always clean. The new leasing agent is always available to help. Maintenance requests are always completed promptly which I appreciate.

In the bathroom and someone was about to just walk in to my apartment. Hell no. No notice no nothing that you need to check something. Absolutely not!! As much as everyone stomps up and down the steps all day and night, thats what I thought it was. Shame on you. Let a tenant know you need to check something with a notice or at least a phone call. UNACCEPTABLE

The management at Columbia Commons apartments appears to exhibit unethical and unprofessional behavior. It is evident that there is a pressing need for a change in leadership within the leasing office. It seems that the current individuals in charge may have connections with one another, which is perpetuating the corruption. Regrettably, they have been embezzling residents' checks and payments. Additionally, the management has not taken adequate action to address the crime issues within the complex. As evidenced by an increasing number of residents installing security cameras in their windows and patios. The maintenance workers have not been providing timely and professional assistance when there are issues with utilities. It appears that there is only one maintenance worker available to address maintenance requests for a property with over 200 units, which is highly unprofessional. It is my intention to contact Edgewood Management personally to discuss this situation. I believe that the current management at Columbia Commons should seek a different profession and step down from their positions.

My washer was giving me some issues and needed to be replaced. After the washer was delivered, Aaron came to my apartment to install it. He was courteous and efficient. After the installation, Aaron explained some features and tested the washer for leaks. He's awesome. ?

The Columbia Commons management does not enforce anti-drug and crime laws in a proactive manner. Drug deals will take place in the parking lots of the apartment complex in broad daylight. Strangers will wait in their cars for a dealer to leave their apartment with the drugs pass them off and leave as if nothing happened. Additionally, management does not address the number of car thefts, break-ins, and stolen catalytic converters nor does it take preventative measures to keep residents safe. I am deeply disappointed by managements lack of responsibility to keep its resident safe and secure.

Rude and unprofessional! As soon as I walk into the leasing office the front desk rep stares at me after I greet her. She didn’t answer so greet her again and get back a”hey” and a stare as if I’ve interrupted her. Mind you she wasn’t doing anything when I walked in. Explain I’ve called about a mail key and getting a replacement. Comes back and says they don’t have one and have to get one made, which I understand and don’t mind, it happens. I ask does she know maybe when I can come back and she says she doesn’t know. I don’t even care about the time I wasted but what an unpleasant customer service experience!!

Mold! Mold! Mold! Very big mold problem and they do nothing about it. The whole complex have mold. Reconsider moving here. Manager is cool with the tenants. They hang in the leasing office, go out to lunch together ect… VERY TIGHT like best friends. Very unprofessional. That should not be the behavior of a manager. But it is! They need new management all together. When you call the leasing office the manager tell the secretary to say she’s not in the office. The whole Columbia commons is a big JOKE. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!

Worst place ever. Went there to see the apartment and get some information. To my surprise the door was locked even tho there was someone inside and was during business hours. The girl came out half asleep handed me two papers and said to call the number. Then closed the door. I called THE number and SHE picked up the call and said NO UNITS ARE AVALIABLE. WTH. Stay away from this place

I called and it just went to voicemail which was no suprise as everyone knows Saturday is prime shopping for an apartment time and I figured they were busy. I went online and it directed me to a Mgmt. Company site with zero information on Columbia Commons. However the Google information showed Saturday hours from 9-5 so I drove over there hoping to get information or maybe even a tour. When I got there around 2pm they were locked up and closed with a sign that said back at 8am. I guess they meant 8am in 2 days, on Monday. If they are closing on Saturday, and too disinterested to change the information on line, would it kill them to at least take 30 seconds to put thier hours of operation on their outgoing message? Zero professionalism. Zero concern for prospective tenants or the time they take to drive out there. Zero concern about a lack of website. So, I'm realizing this place is a joke. The bad reviews are not exagerating. Before I left, I took a peek at the pool. Locked up on a nice Saturday afternoon, 3 weeks after Memorial Day, and the water and area looking not very clean. The apartment pool where I am now is sparkling clean and has happy playing children it it and adults relaxing around it, like most places. It has been in the 80's and 90's. This place just screams "stay away!"
