I just closed my account a few days ago. I mean it's not the worst bank in the world. It works I guess? But you can tell these people that work here are so miserable they don't even try to hide it. Blank stares all around. It's cringe everytime you come in here for any kind of business. This bank just ruins your whole mood. Yeah its that judgy feel walking in here. Don't even TRY to smile or be nice. It's awkward af.This bank just recently took away online money transfers as well.. :/There are TOTALLY better banks out there. I recommend a credit union or a bigger well known bank. This one works? But I won't miss it.You wanna know that cold maryland personality? This place radiates it.

I went there for the first time ever and I was not acknowledged as I walked in. Also, the bank was not busy. It doesn’t matter if you’re Black, White, Asian, Indian or a Pacific Islander etc, we’re all human beings.I was there again today and the same woman who I dislike the most out of all of the women I’ve seen that work there was on the phone talking to her significant other as she attended to me. Her customer service skills are very bad.

Have spent over a month with notarized letters, in person visits, and phone calls trying to get my mortgage statement sent to the correct mailing address. Unsuccessful to date. New meaning to the term bureaucracy. Incompetent at best. Fulton Financial's website is like a trip back in time. No option for an e-statement. Only reason I am with these people is because my mortgage company sold my note to them and I have no other option.

The lady that is of Indian decent ( I think) must be the branch manager she is very nasty, however in Columbia Md people feel like they have this feeling of entitlement. Well with me you don't, speak to people, like, you have some sense and if not expect people to speak the same way to you that you do to them. Definitely won't be opening a account there.

so i was not very familiar with this bank at all but wanted to open a account, obviously! but i enjoyed it very much im not sure how far the bank goes to with locations but its near home, easy and friendly to have.
