You know when you do something that you would NEVER normally do? Yep, that was me with my trusty Red Rav. I was kicking myself. So I called CACC the same day and Eddie said bring it over! He picked up right away what NEEDED to be fixed and kept the car. But not until he loaded me up with his delicious chocolate (which I have quite a fondness for). His guys fixed up the car - it looks gorgeous and ... (Eddie gave me some more chocolate - sorry Eddie, now everyone is going to want your chocolate even tho I know it was only meant for me). Btw, Eddie has done work for us before so we knew what a great job they do. Plus, Eddie is just the sweetest person ever. He makes you feel better after you break your car. Thank you Eddie! I came in and got a very reasonable quote and scheduling an appointment was easy as well. Eddie was very friendly. I’m happy with how my car turned out.

This shop did amazing work repairing my wife's Subaru after an accident. Staff was very communicative during the repair and the work they did was excellent. I wasn't able to pick up my car right away because I was on vacation and they had no issue holding my car until I returned. I would recommend this shop to anyone and I thank them for all they did.

I am so lucky to have found out about this company. After owning my brand new car for about one week, a freak accident happened, and I needed a company that did good work, was reasonable, and wouldn't "take advantage" of a woman. I found all of those things and then some at Columbia Auto Collision. The work was superb, the prices were reasonable, and the service (owner, technicians, front desk) was awesome. I got my car back better than I got it from the dealer. I highly recommend this company.

I had a great experience at CACC. The work performed by the shop to fix my car looks great, and it was the most affordable of the several estimates I received. Eddie and his team were very customer service oriented to ensure I was satisfied and did a fantastic job. I would definitely use this collision center again in the future.

We had a very bad experience with this place. We gave our Toyota Senna for collision repair here, they don’t even care to repair. Our car was there more than one month, there was minor repair that the gas tank lid is not closing properly. Nothing is done for many days. We won’t recommend this place.

We had brakes and an alternator replaced. Both times Mr. Eddie was amazing. We had our car back the same day and the work was great. I highly recommend.

Absolutely the best......lost touch when they moved but accidentally found them on red branch road....Eddie gave me a preliminary price to paint my classic VW bug and I couldn't be happier!!

Thanks to CACC for a very nice job fixing a big scrape across the side of our car and replacing a broken side view mirror. Doors look like new. Very courteous service.

Had a great experience with Eddie and the receptionist. Eddie did an awesome job with my car. After a car accident my from bumper and engine were destroy. My car need them replaced along with pain. He did a good job. After few months I noticed AC wasn't working. I called him amd he was happy to accommodate amd repair the AC. I am more than just satisfied. It was a bumpy road at the beginning but the end result was incredible. Good customer service, the receptionist is outstanding and very nice.

cope with the stress related to a car accident. My 2014 car looked like new when the work was done. Eddie also provided extra services for free. ❤️?
