This team never disappoints. Always courteous. Thorough inspections and fair, honest repair suggestions and pricing. I tried someone else recently strictly because they were walking distance to home, big mistake. Misdiagnosed my problem and engine blew 3 days after picking car up.Never going anywhere else again. Needed a vehicle inspection on a used (new to me) car, had some minor windshield repairs to make, and then brought it back for final inspection. Danny (front desk) was kind and helpful throughout the process, and William B. (inspector) proficient.

Took it for state inspection, didn't exactly pass, but these guys are totally honest in the repairs that were needed in order to pass, so I took care of the repairs myself, wouldn't hesitate taking my car back to them in the future, 5 stars all the way.
So we decided to sell our other vehicle and wanted to get it inspected, took it here again and just like the last two cars, it was a great experience

You all were right. MVA finally admitted that my vehicle (X3) had been inadvertently flagged as a "total loss". When you transmitted your inspection results to the MVA, the online registration error changed. I went to the MVA and they admitted it was a glitch in their system and gave me my new tag stickers. I appreciate your always excellent and expedient service and advice!

Well for starters I’ve been going there for 12 years and was always taking care of with my car, I even bought my car from there but now it seems different like there a new management cause I haven’t seen any familiar faces. Most of all having to bring my car back the very next month of them supposedly fixing it and pay again for the same thing is crazy those issues should have been resolved the first time. I don’t have money to waste., but judge for yourself I will be going elsewhere in the future.

Same day appointment and wicked fast service!! My Jeep's low tire light wouldn't stop flashing after putting air in the tires. I made a last min appt with Columbia Auto Care. I was there for only 30 mins, they checked and filled my tires, and the light stopped flashing. Turns out the machine we used to fill our tires at another business was faulty... all 4 tires were extremely low on air. Columbia Auto Care was able to provide fast and incredible service. They didn't charge us for the tire check & air, just asked for a review. If you're looking for honest, reliable mechanics, look no further!
