“I had some returns and was in the area. The returns were quickly done. I decided to check out the store and had an armful of clothes. An associate brought me a cart. An amazing experience from start to finish.”
“This store is pretty big and had a wide selection of both men's and women's clothing. They also had shoes and other things like hats. This store has charging stations for phones with multiple different chargers and updated dressing rooms if you are interested in trying on clothing. Super neat and cool store!”
“I give this a 5 stars because there was an obnoxious, pathetic customer in the store that literally THREW a hanger at the employee. The employee kept his calm and tried to diffuse the situation. Honestly, this is what happens when you live in a liberated country... people abuse their rights and take advantage of the system. I just wish that customer gets charged for some type of abuse because although the service industry is important, customers should not be put on a pedestal to the point where they are hand-fed everything!”

“The manager at this Columbia, MD location is simply wonderful. She is so diligent and helpful to ALL of the customers/guests who come to this H&M. She helped me today (Sunday) find a cute striped skirt and I could not thank her enough. I was so happy, I said, 'How did you do that???' H&M is so lucky to have her as their manager of this store.”
“The BEST express in the DMV. I went to Tyson’s and felt forced to select a suit I didn’t love because of limited options. when I got home I knew I had to return it. Went to Columbia and they had everything pulled and helped me with different shirt options because I changed suit colors and was amazed at how many more options they had and everything laid out perfectly! Life savers!”

“This review is specifically to commend Qweisi and Addie for the excellent above and beyond service! Unfortunately the PIN code on my gift card was not visible/unable to be read after the staff tried to reveal it. This occurred in the middle of my transaction and I spent over 40 minutes in the store with them as they tried to resolve the issue in order to get the payment completed. It was an ordeal indeed, but Qweisi and Addie continued to troubleshoot so that I could leave satisfied. In the end, they took my information and committed to shipping the merchandise to me as soon as possible. Addie planned to resolve the issue with corporate during the week so that I would not have to wait any longer in the store. Thank you both for putting customer experience first!!”
“I love shopping at Ross and this particular Ross just opened in Columbia. The one problem I have at this location is everytime I go there it is only 1 cashier which means standing in line much longer than expected. I don't understand why for a new store you don't have more cashiers. I usually shop during to the week so I am not sure if there are more cashier on duty during the weekends.”
“Came into the store only for a quick couple minutes looking a replacement shirt because it was hotter than expected. Greeted by every sales associate I walked by. Got to the men’s section where I explained to Tywrek what I was looking for. Found something quick and I out within a few minutes. Great customer service across the board. “Decent selection. Few larger sizes available. The associates are very friendly especially in the fitting rooms! They were smiling and offered assistance. The cashiers could have been more helpful and not so sloppy with the transaction. Store is clean and racks are organized. It's downstairs in the mall.”
