Just took my mother to have her watch band fixed. They were a quiet sort, but to the point and had watch fixed in 20 min. Turns out the band was a little tight...so after trying on he told us to come back in 15 min and he would add another link. Done and happy!!I was hesitant after reading a fee reviews but happy with our visit.

I went there recently to resize my watch's bracelet, and I went back today because one of the pins fall off. The person I met (a younger one) was literally shouting at me as I was explaining to me. Why? Don't recommend this place at all. Respect your customers!

Bad customer service at the front desk. Plus poorly done jewelry fix and pretty expensive price. I wouldn't recommend it.

I had to repair a watch that had a lot of sentimental value. The two people there were somewhat disinterested in helping what should've been a simple and straightforward job. They ended up fixing the watch, but it wasn't a pretty job. Additionally, they were a little rude and dismissive. Will look elsewhere if I need watch repair in the future.

Resized my ring from 4 3/4 to 6, and replaced the battery for my watch in under an hour. They take all forms of payment. Prices are reasonable as well. Highly recommend. Professional service!

Great little store, I use them for watch battery replacement. They even replaced the battery in an older solar powered watch when it failed.

Highly disappointed. I took my watch in for a repair due the mishandling of the stem by a friend. I was told that the watch could not be repaired. That much I understand but he left the second hand loose rattling around in the crystal and he took my battery. I was told that the battery may need to be replaced but I knew it was a new battery. Not only did he try to replace the battery, but he took the battery that was in the watch. I would give him no stars if I had the option!
