I should’ve done my homework. The woman scammed me. She sold me a $3.00 bullet cutter for $12.99 and a cheap plastic $1.00 torch for $5.00. She tried to sell me a bullet cutter for $33 so thank God that I didn’t fall for that one. God will punish you. Even if you don’t believe, karma will get you.

This was my second ever cigar purchase. Needless to say I needed considerable help. Sonya was very helpful. She answered all my questions but more importantly she helped me understand them. She explained the differences of the different types of the cigar I came in looking for and made further suggestions based on my answers. Several items here were considerably more affordable than I have seen at the liquor stores that sell cigars. I will definitely be back.

I bought elf bar today and when I try it it was almost finished like it was expired from weeks ago..I charged one hour to see if it will gonna work but no …very bad experience but the place is clean

Stopped in with my friend to purchase cigars for her Husband's birthday. The woman at the shop was extremely knowledgeable and so helpful! She helped create a cigar box and taught us about the humidity levels needed and cigar cutters and warranties. We had no idea what to purchase. I'm so glad we stopped in here because we got the best service!

They sold a 16 year old THC and Nicotine products and didn’t card him. This has been going on for some time. When I came to inform the business so they can be aware. I was told they couldn’t contact management and didn’t know how to. When I asked who can I contact again, she put me on the phone with a manager who then yelled at me and told me I was lying. From other posts I see this is consistent with this location. Didn’t ask for the time and picture of the 16 year old so she can verify my concern on the cameras, she didn’t say she will check with her employees, she just told me that he must have been with a 21 year old because they card everyone and told me to leave the store. I have the date and time of when the 16 year old bought the product yesterday. I was telling them to help them and to make sure a 16 year old is not sold drugs from them, but I guess they make money selling to minors. I will pursue. Update: they responded to this post and said I was asked to leave because I was causing a hostile environment. This is false and you are liable. If asking for someone in charge so I can inform them of an illegal error they made is hostile, well then you can see the disconnect in their customer service. Obviously the bad manager responded to this post. You were the only one raising your voice due to your incompetence of understanding something went wrong. If you cared you’d look into my concern to protect your business instead of yelling at a client. Shame on you for not caring, not everyone is perfect and employees make mistakes. I have proof of your sale to minors and due to your reaction I assume you wouldn’t even know if this happened prior because of stubbornness. You did sell to a minor, and you’ve been selling to him for awhile, and now it will be reported where you could have just been a normal human being and looked into it.

It is always a pleasure shopping here!! :) they have a good variety of vape products and flavors. The cashier was very kind and helpful. Will def be coming back to shop.Edit: Came here again today always a good time shopping here. Cashier is always friendly.

Scam!! They sell products that are not as listed. When you ask about fixing it they give you no answer and say it never said what you bought the product for. Horrible Costumer service and business all around. Do not do business here

Fairly new to the cigar world. Staff was really nice and took the time to explain the different type of Cigars. Even walked me through the process of Humidors. Will definitely be back!!

The lady here tried to sell my dad a hookah setup for double the price that he could get it elsewhere. I voiced to the lady that this is way more than he could get it somewhere else, AND SHE CALLED ME RUDE. Rude??? For wanting my dad to not get ripped off by some lady in a mall? Disgusting lady, disgusting prices. Overpriced, horrible service, go anywhere else besides here. I mean it, literally anywhere.

Convenient location. However prices are outrageous. Bought a pack of unopened trader jacks kicking cigars, which are great I might add. However they were $73. If I had drove an extra ten minutes to another store I could get almost 2 packs of the exact same cigar for the same price. The exact same product, no difference in quality. I recommend the staff do a quick search to find prices for their products prior to assuming the cost of a package of relatively cheap cigars.As a quick edit; a simple Google search showed an MSRP of $38.00 for a bag of 20 (which I bought). If I had to pay ~$40 I wouldn't have been so crossed at this gouge.
