I have so much gratitude for the doctors, nurses, and staff at this location. Our elderly pup stepped on some burrs and they were wonderful. From the first call until we stepped out the door, CVRC made excellent care decisions and treated us with dignity and respect. Thank you CVRC!

I would avoid this place in an emergency. Our cat was having a severe asthma attack (audible wheezing, poor air movement, lethergy) and the receptionist made us wait 10+ minutes to get our credit card and other info while ignoring our pleas for help, and had an attitude. The vet care was good but that 10 minutes was a huge deal as she got worse and animals can easily decompensate and die in situations like this. They weren't even busy.

The 5 star reviews are FAKE if you don’t have thousands and thousands of dollars DONT GO HERE!! Also if you try to cancel and appointment with their $250 dollar co-fee they’ll email you a $100 dollar bill!! Idk WHY my vet referred me to this dumpster fire!! The people here are disgusting and I would never ever want to bring my dog here after the experience I’ve had AND the past true reviews. No one fakes a 1 star! If you want to take your pet home don’t go here and spend and unimaginable amount of money!!! My dog is priceless and I’d do anything for her but this place gives you the worse vibes and experience they can off the jump!! Good luck kristy was her name, is the rudest and nastiest of them all.

Was disappointed to find that they were booked up considering I had an emergency. I've used them in the past and loved the services they provide.

Were available and timely in seeing our cat when all other ERs in the area turned us down, including an awful place in Towson that said their wait time was 1 hour and we showed up 25 mins to be told that they absolutely had no room to see us.Very Clean facility. Spacious. Efficient. Friendly staff. Listen well.

BEST vet care in Howard County. The doctors and staff are wonderful. Keep you informed regularly of your pet’s status and care being given. They truly are wonderful.

The staff were caring. Prices were not exactly what they said on everything. But it was an emergency and we didn’t care. They showed they cared about our baby.

Just lost our cat. She was in rough condition at arrival but I am very confused with Dr. Kim's behavior overall. I am currently on active duty out of state, so my family member brought my cat in. She was admitted in the afternoon. Dr. Kim said that she was "mentally not there", and that she was going to die within 30-60 mins. My family urgently gathered together in the ER within this timeframe, but Dr. Kim never actually made his appearance to them. Instead he called me to say that there is a slight chance to save the pet if I agree to a blood transfusion for her, and a $3500-6000 bill. I did agree. My family was still there waiting. The blood transfusion takes time. My family finally left around 7 p.m. to get something to eat. Never having a chance to actually talk to this mysterious doctor in person. Dr. Kim kept mentioning to me that his shift ends at 11 pm. I was confused about why would I need this information but because he repeated it few times, I even memorized it. The closer we would get to 11 p.m., the more he started talking about euthanasia. I was under the impression that we were on some sort of timeframe we failed to meet. Guess who called me at almost midnight saying that my cat stopped breathing? Dr. Kim. I asked him straightforward why was he calling me if he was supposed to leave at 11? Where was his relief? I really wanted to talk a different doctor who wouldn't be in such a rush all the time, and not so eager to leave work. I told him I was not going to talk about euthanasia. He also called my daughter to tell her the same thing, that our cat was not breathing. My daughter was on her way back to the ER. Later, he'd say that she was actually just having trouble breathing, but never actually stopped. 10 minutes past midnight he called to tell me that my cat was "deceased" but also offered to continue doing CPR. I was very confused. I asked him "doctor, you just pronounced her deceased. Meanwhile you are asking me about CPR. Are you seriously going to perform CPR on a dead body? One can not be "a little bit dead". It's a yes or no question". He apologized for "confusing me". But honestly. I have a very bad taste in my mouth. I am under an impression that it was not just a coincidence that he was still there past his clock out time, making sure the case was "closed". It all looks like my cat died very conveniently for him. That he didn't want another doctor to take over (WHY?). His confusing language and a poor choice of words are the whole different story. If he calls me to tell me that I just lost a family member, he better be mindful about how he says it. When my daughter arrived, he didn't take time to sit and talk to her. She said he "ran in and out of the room" like he was in too much of a rush to bother with anything else. She is asking for the records right now, physically being in there. They are saying that there is a policy to do not give out notes "right away". Of course, so they have time to write whatever they want. And yes, up to this point nobody from the staff expressed any condolences to our family. I appreciate your time if you read to this point. I feel like something strange happened tonight. I don't want you to feel the same way. Don't go to this place.
