BEWARE: Don't shop at the Columbia mall, they have a scheme to rip the customers with double charge! watch your statements if you purchased at the Columbia store!!! I accidently caught it on my CC statement and when I called the store, they told me to dispute with CC outright.

We had an outstanding experience at this establishment! Both my husband and I received exceptional assistance from Kyjuan, Caryssa, and Doug. Their service was truly fantastic, guiding us seamlessly from the beginning to the end of our shopping journey. Without a doubt, our overall shopping experience was nothing short of the best.

Only one person working the floor, had to wait for someone to come out of the back... asked for a particular shoe, brought out a returned pair with a personalized message on the box, a salsa or Catsup stain on the shoe also. Had to ask for 2 other pairs of the same shoe before I was pleased with my purchase. Only good thing was the sale price. $30 cheaper Only by a week.

I went to the store specifically to buy son a sweatshirt that will match his school uniform. When the sweatshirt rang up it was $5 more than the price on the tag. Apparently there was a price increase and the tags have not been updated which is not anyone’s fault but I do expect to pay the price on the sweatshirt. The lady first told me no she’s not going to adjust the price. After some back and forth she stormed off to get her manager. The manager can exclaimed she “tired of this s***** I responded by saying I’m not trying to give you a hard time, I know you wouldn’t want to pay more than the price tag says. Clerk assisting me said said she wouldn’t care and would pay over sticker for her kids which was an unwarranted remark. This experience has to be my worst retail experience EVER! Not to mention the girl was on a phone call on speaker with I walked up to the counter and left the person listening on hold throughout the transaction which is why she may have been frustrated with my request. I was interrupting her personal call. I work in retail sales myself and I am always sure to be gentle and kind to people working in customer service as I know how hard some days can be. She didn’t care how respectful I was about the ordeal she was RUDE with an attitude.

Came on a Saturday. The store had alot of employees working. One girl was on the register. All the other staff were sitting around and/or playing around and talking to the other employees. Finally, a girl came to the register. The same girl that was their previously, but had randomly walked away. This is to the staff: instead of playing around or chatting, especially if you see the line getting as long as it was, stop talking and hop on a register. It was way too many of you their to not be doing anything.
