Impressed with how efficient this team works together. I was seen immediately for my appointment, the x-rays took about 4 seconds, and yet I never felt rushed while speaking to Dr. Adams. He did his tests, provided me with the necessary information (easy to understand) and options available. Very personable doctor and positive experience.

Beth is amazing! Super knowledgeable & explains everything thoroughly. She takes a very practical and common sense approach and is really great to work with! It explains why she’s always booked. I won’t see anyone but Beth for my hand & wrist OT/PT. That seems to hold true for everyone who sees her.

Surgery for knee replacement was at Ellicott City Ambulatory Surgery Center in Oct.17 with Dr. Wallace. I arrived at 6:15 a.m. After the surgery I used a walker to go home around 2:30 p. m. the same day. All my prescriptions were filled at the pharmacy before surgery, so I did not have to stop on my way home to get medication. Since the surgery, I have been in therapy for two sessions per week, and I continue to make progress.The surgery accomplished my goal~ walking without pain at age 84. I am very thankful for its success.

Dr. Wallace is very caring and an effective communicator. I trust his skills and judgment. He sets accurate expectations, and I appreciate that he took time with my injection so it was less painful than it could have been.

I had an appointment yesterday (11/07/23) with Dr. Zade in the Columbia office and I was ready to walk out! The front desk was so RUDE! In addition to dealing with the front desk person’s attitude, my appointment was at 2 PM and I wasn’t seen until a little over an hour later. When I went up to the front desk to inquire about my appointment she just stared at me without opening the window to help. A young lady standing behind her hovered over her to open the window and assist me. They called me back soon after this young lady helped me and the back staff was night and day compared to the front desk. The nurse was so kind and Dr. Zade was AMAZING! I had a really good experience once I was seen. First impressions are everything and the current front desk staff had me ready to walk out! I have never complained at a doctor’s office or business but I wish I had here. Nobody deserves that kind of treatment especially when I was polite to her and still trying to be polite after she had been so rude. I gave this place 3 stars only due to my experience before my appointment. As for the nurses and Dr Zade they deserve 5 stars ⭐️⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️!!

Doctor Scott Adams is great doctor. Took very good care of my shoulder labrum tear and provided great advice for my recovery surgery and physical therapy. His staff are very polite and respectful. Highly recommend.

I’ve been in therapy for my knee, preparing for and recovering from total knee replacement, for about a year. The therapists and assistants are expert, kind, encouraging, and helpful. To a person, I’ve had only great interactions. Scheduling is easy. The environment is fun end enjoyable. And I’ve made excellent progress. I would never go anywhere else for PT because this team is just excellent.

My husband was experiencing pain in his knee. Since it's a Saturday we weren't sure they would be open. We drove by and was so happy we did. Ms. Lisa at the front desk was very warm and welcoming and but us at ease. Dr. Michael Miller explained everything to us and gave us options on what we can do long and short term. After they drained the knee and did the cortisone shot my husband feels better. I would recommend this place to everyone and will be back for follow-up

Dr. Gelb from the Columbia office was excellent. He was friendly and personable and answered all of my questions in regards to my daughter's injury. He explained the exact location of the injury on the X-ray and physically during my daughter's examination. I'm glad he didn't feel the need to cast her right away. Looking forward to the 2 week follow up to see her progress.

2nd visit for my son at the office in Columbia with Dr Blam today. First time, my son waited 45mins to be brought back to the exam room and then waited another 15mins to see Dr Blam. I thought this was a one off situation however at our second visit we waited even longer! It was 1 hour and 30mins after our appointment time before seeing Dr Blam. Seems to be a pattern for this office with typical wait of at least 1 to 1.5 hours past the appointment time, with no acknowledgment or apology by any staff. The receptionist seemed to be repeating the same line to waiting patients, “you are next just waiting for an exam room to open up”. Dr Blam was fine but to take almost 2 hours for a 10minute discussion with the doctor is a bit much. Not sure if I will continue at a practice that has no regards for other peoples time.

Dr. Silverstein was a really capable doctor but I was less than impressed with their receptionist on my first visit. The woman was a tall white brunette with a snotty attitude. I’d have given a full 5 stars if not for her. Either way, I would recommend this clinic.

I was called in on time treated in a very professional manner. The Dr. Explained what was happening as the procedure progressed. Afterwards a follow up appt. Was scheduled before I left. All considered a nice appt.

Saw Dr. Demarco at OAM, he was wonderful! So pleasant and kept me calm during my EMG by talking to me and keeping my mind on the conversation as opposed to the test. I'd recommend him and this practice to anyone!
