I have come to this location several times to get my rescued Build-a-Bears restuffed, and the staff there is very professional and very friendly, and they know their customers and their faces. They are very enthusiastic about their jobs and they pass it on to the customers. They're always excited to see what rescue I bring that needs to be given new life :3
Every time I come, I leave with more accessories and clothes for my stuffies and I got a new one on one occasion. They are willing to talk with you about what you're looking for and work with you on picking something out, whether it's a new friend or a rescued one. The staff make it a very cozy place :3

These two workers Sloan and Hannah were the absolute kindest people I met at the shop, they made me feel welcomed and were super kind in helping me make and fix my plushie! Absolute sweethearts!! Will definitely be coming back! :))

This experience with the staff was awful and their manager is just as nasty. Luckily my children didn’t notice and still enjoyed themselves but I will definitely choose a different build a bear workshop next time. One that has much better customer service and willing to help.

Brought in a bear from online to stuff and the staff were helpful and the selection of clothes was great ☺️

Awesome. My child loved it. The staff made it very fun too. It was a little busy and a small wait but the staff made sure each child had a fair and fun experience without being rushed which was Worth the wait.

We hosted our 4yo daughter's bday party a BAB this year, we invited 10 little girls to join us. Needless to say there were some melt downs, but Erin and the staff quickly adjusted to the situation. They made sure I stayed on budget, hosting a party at BAB was easy and no more expensive than hosting a party somewhere else. The girls walked away with bear friends they will cherish.

We love Build-A-Bear ❤️ The prices have gotten so high though! My daughter got her BFF a present and my son got a Ninja Turtles Bear! Good times.

Went today for my daughter’s 8th birthday. Michele was absolutely wonderful. Engaging and fun and very helpful! My kid had a great time and so did we.

This shop is fantastic, especially if you have a young child who you wish to spoil with a nice gift and a moment of excitement, but most importantly if you bring your kid, ask for Sloan! She does the most amazing heart ceremony that puts the biggest smile on the face of both the kids and parents alike. The service here is unlike any I have received at other build a bears before, and Sloan made all of the difference!
