Mary RDo not rent from this location: very bad customer service .This was the worse customer service person at Budget car rental named Wondi Tadesse. He does not need to be a part of Budget Car rental. He’s messing up Budget name. He talks down to the customer with his inappropriate attitude and behavior like he’s doing you a favor. Somebody need to teach him how to work as a customer Service person and handle folks with Kindness. I would never rent a car from that location again. I can’t give this place one star .

The lady was very rude and disrespectful! She dismissed me like trash when there ended up being a problem with my rental because how do you make a reservation and then they don't have what you reserved? That's doesn't make sense! I will never attempt to rent from Budget every again!

Highly recommend this place , they are always nice and very helpful. They have amazing customer service. I tried a different company during a busy holiday and that company gave my rental car away and I came to budget/Avis and they quickly helped me get into a car and saved the day. Every time I’m in need of a rental car now they quickly accommodate me and my busy schedule. Five stars !

Rough customer service. Car was dinged up all over. The inside smelled terrible and there were orange stains all over the passenger side seats. I would not return.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.I am honestly horrified at what just happened to me here.I reserved a car, called three times to confirm it would be available. Get there, I get charged and a deposit held on my card. We go to the car and the tags expired LAST month. So I'm like cool give me a different car (there are three other cars in the lot with out of state plates, sparkling clean inside but a different "class" then what I selected). The man says no those aren't for rent. I said the website says you have available cars. He said no they aren't for us the website doesn't update. I walk out while another man was walking in. I follow him in it gets awkward and silent so I say just confirming the only car you have is a the one with expired tags? Awkward silence. I go and sit in my friend's car who drove me there waiting to see what is going to happen. They stood there staring at me.Eventually I left but you can imagine how that went.

I scheduled a truck rental for a few hours a week ahead of time, scheduling to drop it off after hours. The day or so before, I got a call that the truck I requested was unavailable and asking if it was ok to upgrade to a bigger truck for free. I agreed and the truck was there waiting for me at my appointed pick-up time. I took longer than expected (still within the same day but a couple of hours later than my estimate) and still dropped the truck off after hours. I was concerned that I saw a policy somewhere saying there was an extra charge for after hours drop-off, but when the charge hit my credit card, it was even less than the estimate I was given on their website. This was incredibly cheap compared to other options, and though I had to wait a bit and fill out some unexpected insurance forms when I picked up the truck, it was overall a great way to move. Thank you!

I rented a car at Newark airport for a one-way trip home to Columbia Maryland, but didn’t notice that the agent had added an additional $41 for a tank of gas that I only used half of. When I return the car to this location in Columbia, Kimberly, the agent on duty, was kind enough to update the rental agreement and save me that $41. I really appreciated her helpful professional courtesy.

Rented a car for four months and they charged me a $250 cleaning fee to vacuum the car even though the car was nearly spotless.

Totally amazing experience. Totally amazing. I reserved a truck earlier today. I said EARLIER TODAY. I was provided with confirmation (via the Internet) that my truck would be available at the appointed time. I arrived at the location only to find: NO TRUCK!
