Excellent experience at Bray & Scarff. Larry, an associate, was very knowledgeable about the product I wanted to purchase & explained in detail the costs of the new product I purchased. All of my questions were answered including the installation process on day of delivery. I have purchased a number of products at this location over many years.

Excellent customer service and expertise from the staff in-store, when discussing and selecting our appliances. The delivery team was also exceptional. I live in a townhouse and my kitchen is on the middle level. The delivery team did a great job removing the old appliances and installing the new ones.

I’ve purchased my refrigerator and oven from Bray & Scarff and will continue to buy my appliances there. The salesmen are attentive but not pushy. They are very knowledgeable of the products they are selling. A great experience overall.

In the age of online shopping and AI customer service going to a store where the people working there are polite and knowledgeable about the products being sold is refreshing. Ron helped my wife and I find a new washer/dryer. He took the time to answer all of our questions and recommended a product that suited our needs and budget. The customer service is next to none. Next time you need a new appliance forget about Lowe’s or Home Depot. Head over to Bray & Scarff. We will be retuning customers in the future.

We had an excellent shopping experience at Bray and Scarff. Chanel was our salesperson. She was knowledgeable, provided great guidance, answered all our questions, and gave us good advice. Their warranty is top notch. I would highly recommend coming here for you next appliance purchase.

I had the best experience at Bray & Scarff at Dobbin Center. George Abu was my salesperson. He was very knowledgeable and personable and helpful. He pointed out everything I need to know about the dishwasher I was considering. I am very pleased with it and also with the installer, Jorge. Very polite and did a great job. I will return when I need another new appliance

Walked in and patiently waited about 20 minutes for a sales person to help us. George apologized for the wait. We told him what we were looking for. He showed us several appliances and explained the pros and cons of each one. No pressure at all. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We were very happy when we walked out of the store.

Stay away from the Big Box store and buy your appliances from B&S! I worked with Larry, who was so professional and knowledgeable! I needed a new refrigerator and had an old plastic water connector that the service men were able to install for me before hooking up the new refrigerator. Everything is working fine and I couldn't be happier!!

The customer service I received at Bray & Scarff was exceptional and the salesperson walk me through the entire process from sale to installation. Additionally a number of saving opportunities were give that decreased my overall cost. Highly recommend Bray & Scarff for future appliance purchases!

Stars is for the sales team!Friendly service and fast but there delivery systems is horrible. You do not get an option of what time slot. Is what they give you. Had to delay my delivery by 2 days due to this. They cannot change the time even though you are literally telling them there is no way anyone is going to be home at that time..So Now it's been 3 weeks almost 4 since we bought the machine. I'd did not work. We could not a replacement, we had to wait 3 days for a tech to get here but could not fixed. They said we had to order parts but yet here still waiting. I was told 3 days no it's been over 3 weeks. Horrible.
