Clean and enjoyable but staff took a while to ask us if we wanted to eat

Front desk was great. The bartender was amazing. Kitchen was on point. Prices are outrageous. We got a Groupon but still spent an arm and a leg.
Your waitresses are a joke. On the phone 100% of the time. We couldn't find anyone so we went to the bar. Here's a picture of the stellar waitresses you employ. Also the one leaned on the table was using her phone on speaker then screaming into the phone. They were super professional (eye roll).
We would come back but only with a Groupon and only going to the bar for food and drinks.

Been here several times with family mostly on the weekends. Saturday nights are usually busy but they all manage it quite well. Managers seem cool. The best servers are Mariana, Zephyr, Britney, you can tell they work hard. All the servers do, but those three have served us most and are amazing. The bartender with the glasses and braids is very nice and personable. The front desk boy is very friendly. The mechanic with the beanie is very funny and cool, my kids like when he slides under the machine to get to the back. The other mechanic with short hair that works in the mornings is nice too, very friendly.

OVER PRICED AND UNHELPFUL !! Do not bowl here. We had 4 people and bowled 2.5 games. We wanted to continue but our lane broke. We waited 30 min for them to fix it after hitting the service button. Then waited another 15 before getting getting moved to a lane WITH OTHERS ALREADY ON IT. We then asked to pay when we were told it would be $108 just for the games no food. They charge $7 per person per game. We were denied any discount for our wait and told we still took up the lane. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

Our lane kept malfunctioning and the lady at the front desk forced me to fill out the tip part on the receipt. Never going to return

It's more of a modern Bowlero.
The games are pretty reasonably priced. I went on a Tuesday. The food is nothing to rave about, but after all it is bowling alley food.
Customer service was nice and accommodating.
Overall, quick fun for a night out and to bowl.

Had high hopes; unfortunately had to switch lanes due to inoperable lane, balls were dented and scratched, got stuck next to a loud obnoxious group when there were plenty of open lanes....and topping it off, two regular drinks ended up costing $40!!!!

asked to pay for unlimited bowling then was told "I just need a card on file beforehand" which is understandable but then when I go to leave I was told that I had to pay for unlimited beforehand which I was trying to do, will not be going here again, I feel scammed.

We went bowling with my family, and I indicated that we wanted two games for two people. They told us it would be $16. Then we added my daughter, making it three people playing two games, and they charged us $67. After that, I asked for two more games and mentioned adding my daughter. The Black employee there kept yelling at me, saying he had set up six games for us, even as I tried to explain the situation. He kept speaking loudly in front of my kids. Then, another woman came and charged us $49 for four games for two people. I still feel scammed and mistreated. No employee should speak to a customer that way. He didn't even look at me while speaking. I absolutely do not recommend going there.

I’m sorry to give this two stars, however my husband and I are regulars at Bowlero Timonium and this was a pretty bad comparison. First off, the lane’s bumpers were on and we had to ask someone to take them off even though we did not want them on. Secondly, the bowling pins….the pin setter repeatedly dropped pins at the beginning of frames. Meaning if I didn’t even bowl there would already be pins fallen on the lane. Lastly, the service was just okay. Some staff were really friendly and working but there were some employees just standing around. Thank you.

Had an awesome time! The staff was super friendly, the lanes were in great condition, and the atmosphere was fun and lively. Great food and drinks, too. Highly recommend for a fun night out!

Wonderful experience.
Me and some friends went to go bowling.
Had a great time with some good food. Our server, Bianca was lovely. She gave good recommendations and was very attentive.
