I went to BM auto today's morning. It looks they are very busy. My nephew and I are always go to BM autos first whatever happen to our cars. Unfortunately, the receptionist ( never seen her before) refused to provide my tire services. It looks services are minor. She said they are very busy right now. I asked her to give an appointment latter on the day. She refused to make an appointment . She didn’t make any eye contact and didn’t show any respect to a loyal customer. I don’t recommend BM autos anymore. I had never any bad experience with them. They were also very helpful and nice to us except today.

Randomly came here this past Saturday because something was dragging under my car. I was greeted with respect by Matt. He followed up with knowledgeable suggestions without trying to push me to receive services AND he helped me with a smile. Great customer service experiences are far and few between these days...that was not the case here...and I left with a solution! Glad I dropped in here. 25 out of 10...highly recommend.

Had an oil change and tire rotation done at a nearby shop and was informed they could not complete the tire rotation because of several bad studs. Took my vehicle to BM Auto Services, they were able to deduce it was only one bad stud and lug and had it replaced within an hour for me. Service was quick, friendly, and prices were reasonable. Would definitely recommend.

Very happy with my experience at BM Auto Service! Everyone is very kind and the service was very fast. I recently moved here and feel lucky to have found such a great place without really trying. I've been to multiple shops on Dobbin over the past decade and this one is by far the best. They don't overcharge or give the run-around; you won't regret going here. The mechanics are knowledgeable and fair with no up-selling. Lady that works the front desk is very friendly and helpful.
We (spouse and I) followed a mechanic here from a neighboring shop and they've always done a great job. They've even corrected the mistakes and misdiagnosed problems we experienced at other less reputable shops.
You can tell they care about their customers. I came in after hitting a small wild animal on the highway that ended up cracking and bending the plastic undershield behind my front bumper. Since it was late on a Friday, I was expecting to just drop off the vehicle for them to look at it the next day. But they took it in right away, were able to rig up the shield so it was no longer flapping and I was out in less than an hour (I didn't want any cosmetic fixes). I was shocked when they didn't charge me, really thankful they were able to help me out of a bind.

I've been going to BM auto more than 10 years now. There was an employee I didn't know who diagnosed a problem and was overly anxious to work on my vehicle before checking whether that was the actual problem. When I expressed my concern, the employee had to be told twice to let Fadil work on my vehicle. The next time I took my vehicle in, didn't see that employee so gave me a sense of relief that he would not be working on my vehicle. I only trust Fadil, and one other mechanic as well as the current owner to work on my vehicle as I've never experienced issues once the work was completed. Trust means everything. Can truly say this is an honest reputable shop with experienced mechanics I've had the pleasure of recommending to family and even strangers.

My car was leaking oil badly. The team at BM Auto Service got me in within 5 minutes of arriving at the shop, diagnosed the issue (oil sensor leaking), and fixed it same day.
