Excellent service. I came in for a tired repair (free of charge since I purchased the tires at another BJ’s), and the staff member who assisted me (whose name unfortunately escapes me) was friendly. I was given an accurate wait-time estimate, and everything was handled from there.

Wonderful service. Took me as a walk in on Super Bowl Sunday right before close- I could not be MORE GRATEFUL for their kindness and excellent service! Put a smile on my face after a truly awful weekend. I was so worried about price as well, but they had tires in my range at great quality! Thank you!!

PLEASE HIRE CASHIERS This is madness. I'm not using self checkout when the single only option for self checkout is to not have a conveyor belt. Here of all places! This is insanity. Just. Hire. Cashiers.
