Allstate does an excellent job of keeping me updated on my DriveWise and any updates to their services by constantly emailing me with anything that might be of interest to me. I appreciate how engaged they are with their clients.

Although I have been with Allstate insurance for a very short time I recommend that you give them a try if your current insurance company fail to meet their obligations or convey a lieI joined Allstate after my former insurance company GEICO deliberate and willfully removed my then stolen KIA off the policy and informed MVA making me soley liable if my then car was in an accident and killed somebody . Although GEICO is cheap It would not be wise to fully trust them.

I have been with Bill Guthridge Allstate Insurance for over 25 years. I have always received top notch customer service directly from his staff. An important part of any insurance plan is understanding the policy as well as reviewing the policy yearly. BGAI ensures that you understand your policy and tailors the policy for your needs and circumstances. They always ask the right questions that will save money on your policy/policies. They definitely look out for your best interests. I have recommended BGAI to family and friends and they have also had the same outstanding service!

Bill Guthridge has been my agent for some time, and he's always been responsive and helpful. It's great knowing there's someone I can talk to, especially when I'm filing a claim or want to discuss coverage options. I've stayed with Allstate because of Bill and his excellent customer service.

Hello , I've been a customer of Allstate since 1991 and any and every situation they have always come thru professionally and have always done a great job to accommodate whatever I may have needed.I know there's a lot of competition out there but cheaper is not always better,I prefer a good job when it comes to my car being taking care of.

Bill is extremely polite, helpful, and straight forward easy to work with. I bought a new car and my insurance went up significantly, as polite as Bill is I could take the news easy and he helped find ways to save me money without me asking him too. Chris is a whole other story he answers the phone first thing in the morning sounding as if he already had a long hard day. I needed some info on my policy because I was making some moves every question I asked him he sighed as if I was an annoyance to him, I was unable to make the changes I wanted to but he thought he would dictate my policy after saying I couldn’t I had to tell him I may can not have it my original way but I have another way after repeating this 4 times he listened. He offers short to the point answers and when I asked him to clear something’s that I was having a hard time understanding he spoke to me like I was ridding his last nerve and he wanted to scream I do not like that when this is literally why I pay the office he works for. When you all call ask for Bill you will secretly thank me!
