I’ve had my company change ownership unfortunately a few times and as tedious as it can be, Beth has made the transition each time to change and resent them simple and easy. My Tech Patrick came out and made sure all our staff had access to the copier, downloaded new software and had toner sent out to us as well. He was very knowledgeable and recommended some new tech that might help in the future. Patrick is very fast, polite and even came back because we had another issue before he got to far on the road. Above and beyond service. 10 out of 10.

I've had the same experience it appears everyone else has had. Patrick is very friendly and helpful. We have had a handful of service calls over the years but we never have to wait long to get them addressed. Great experience from end to end.
