This maybe long. At first we were happy with the opportunities we got through this company. Last year my son was invited to the College World Series event, that was cancelled due to COVID. At the time of the cancellation we were willing to keep the money on the account. Refunds were an option at the time. My son plays dual sports and has decided to go in the direction of the other sport, but we were willing to try to keep him in baseball. When my father passed away, we called to get the money from the COVID cancelled event. Due to financial issues of having to try to do both sports. And we were told not possible by the VP Dan, who was my child’s contact. Since this conversation we have received nothing from Baseball Factory, so I get the feeling they just wanted our money. This was a terrible decision to trust people to do the right thing.

My son, Parker, had the opportunity to participate in the Baseball Factory Tryout & Evaluation in Boise, ID this weekend. This was a great opportunity for Parker to perform & receive constructive feedback. The coaches were well-organized, came with plenty of baseball IQ & interacted positively with the players. It is so exciting to see players, at various levels, have the opportunity to showcase their talents and receive invaluable feedback, aimed at moving players to the next level. I truly appreciate the integrity of Under Armour/Baseball Factory and the importance they place on teaching correct mechanics & providing genuine guidance to players with high hopes & high dreams!

My son is 12 and has the time of his life since we decided to do the first tryout. He is currently in Bradenton Fl and loving every second of it. Cannot thank Baseball Factory enough for the opportunity they have given my son.

The staff at Baseball Factory are exceptional! Steve Scalfani (CEO) goes above and beyond to make the players feel valued. He responds to messages immediately and takes the time to talk to players. Mike Landis is an amazing trainer and has away of teaching the players with some humor and makes each player feel important. These are one of the most organized training programs our family has ever attended. We definitely recommend Baseball Factory.

Great experience for my son and top coaches and talented players, this brought out even more of my son's athletic ability, he returned to normal practice and he's already trying to improve on his performances.

Good evening. First off I understand the risk to reward conversation when considering the possibility of allowing your son/daughter taking part in one or multiple Baseball Factory events.

My son signed up with BF during his junior year in high school, went to about a half dozen or more of their events and paid the extra bucks for a college recruiting service they were offering at the time. Overall, except for 1 event, I thought each event had something of value for him. The instruction was generally ok and because repetition is good, the instruction reinforced things he was learning/doing elsewhere but common sense tells you there's a limit to how much you can

Baseball factory does NOT refund moneys for tournaments! Do NOT pay these people upfront in full. I signed my son up for 2 very expensive tournaments and a week later found out he could not go. Asked for my 8000 dollars back. They would not bend. I asked for money back in March for June tournaments. They said they could not find another player. They have three months. Bottom line here is find an organization that is flexible and will work with your family unless you want to be out all the money you paid. They say they want to make student athletes but when school comes first for a family they come up real small. Please avoid this organization for you child. There are many others that are more reputable and really care about your family. One star is being generous.
