The café has a great location, close to both my home and workplace, so I used to visit frequently. However, the fact that they constantly understaff makes the service terrible. The muffins are inedible, and in their rush coffee makes taste bitter. It wasn't this bad until a month ago. Regrettably, I've decided not to come here anymore. I hope you hire new staff soon.

Beautiful place with terrible coffee and bakery service. Worst cupcake Ive ever had I didnt even take another bite, and I waited so long for cupcake to be served my coffee was half finished. Asked for water during the order it came with the cupcake after other people’s orders. It wasnt crowded at all but baristas probably had a long and tough shift with not enough coworkers to help them. Id expect managers to manage better with enough employee.

Like other reviewers, I greatly appreciate the store itself but not the cafe. The quality of service is uneven. Some days the folx behind the counter are lovely and on others, they are extremely rude.

Clean, open space with a nice area to hangout, read, and have some coffee and... Staff was very helpful.

Nice store. Nice Cafe. BUT the bathrooms were disgusting. I told the staff when I entered the store. While I was there, they had to ask rowdy customers to leave which was disruptive but handled well. There were at least 7 employees on site. After I browsed, had my coffee and finished my work, I went to use the restrooms hoping by now they'd at least picked up the toilet paper on the ground or put a sign blocking the stalls with clogged toilets, but they hadn't even gone to check. The bathrooms were still disgusting, and I left without using them.

My favorite place to shop! I love books, thos location is wonderful and very close to food and the Columbia Mall. Here are some pictures of the books I was considering, went back and got them all! Also my children are participating in the summer reading log exercise so they can qualify for a free book at the end of summer! Raising scholars ?✨️

Absolutely love Barnes and Nobles. Unfortunately they choose to enforce a Mall policy barring people under 18 from entering without a parent. Think about this...at 17 you can drive to the bookstore but they will prevent you from reading when you get there. Or even worse, at 17 they will hire you to sell books, but not let you come in on your off day to buy one. They say it's for "safety". But barring people from entry harms young adults and prevents them from becoming lifelong readers.
