Very convenient bank and ATM location. Two indoor ATM’s available in a very spacious lobby in case a line of customers ensues. A section to write and dispose of plastic, paper or regular waste.

Fast & polite! I went at an off-time, 10am-ish. I think that's the difference btw my experience & everyone complaining abt long lines. Go at an off-time & you're in & out. Parking is way easier than the one in Laurel too.

When I saw the 1.5 stars review I thought it'll be the worst experience ever. I have it a shot but all staff treat me really well and they did what I asked for immediately. They have a really good knowledge of what they do. So happy I went there for my account. I don't think there's a better branch than this one. So I'll be back there for all may banking requests!

There are always long lines to make deposits or to do any type of transactions with teller.Today I walked in to make a deposit for my company and there was no tellers availableI was told I had to wait for a half hour.Totally not acceptable.

Our deposit is missing! We opened an Estate account on 5/7/21 and the initial deposit which was a check from Bank of America itself of $7,000 was not credited. We reported this a week later with our receipts, the manager stated she would work on it, and call her regional manager. However, It is now 6/1/2021 and our deposit is still missing! This has had a major impact on our business operations. Communication from the manager is inconsistent. We have not even received a provisional credit nor received any communication of this issue outside of our own follow up. No one seems to be caring about our issue even though bank or American clearly messed up here. This is the worst service I've received from any bank. $7,000 missing for a month! Where is our estate fund!?

Bank of Americas are in general pretty bad, but I've never had Bank of America screw up, then refuse to apologize or fix the problem. I'll be closing out all my accounts shortly.

This bank is very slow & does not have any order as far as first come first serve. I also came in with concerns about my account & was told that the branch manager would call me . It's been weeks & no response.

I called to ask a specific question to 3 local branches on this Friday morning. 2 are temporarily closed, and the one that is open cannot be connected to live person. May have to go the branch in person because no information regarding the matter can be find online. It will be a total waste of time:(

Talk about going above and beyond the call of duty! I dont and nor have I ever did business with BOA, but this time I had to go in to see if they have a band aid for my son. It took her a while but she found one for me.So if a representative of an organization goes out of their way to assist someone in need, I can only imagine what kind of level of service one would get if they're a client.Thank you again Stephanie!!!

Don't go there, be careful of your deposit receipt, last time I make $1481 dollar deposit, the account showed up only $481, I went back there to try to get my $1000 back, the manager gave me only one answer is: She trust her employee. I don't concern about how much she trusts her employees, I just want to know where is my money go! They don't let me check the camera. Rude. If I can, I will give "0" star. I might call 911. Going to cancel all my account, I have to keep my money in a safe place.
